Booked with ozcruisig in February…

Booked with ozcruising in February with $400 obc,paid for deluxe drinks package and refreshment package with obc and cash in October,receipt sent for full payment then 2 weeks ago they canceled my drinks packages and took all my obc,cannot contact them as the ph number on website is disconnected and email is rejected by the server ,I’m just disgusted,will never use them again

paid my full amount, got a receipt, 6 hours later they cancelled my cruise. they told me i'd have to wait 120 days from the cruise date to get a refund (so 120 days from october 2022). they said they need to get my money back from the cruise line but they hadn't even sent my money to the cruise line , 6 hours after they took my money, what a joke, also please note that if you opt to use credit and not get a refund, you have to pay a new deposit to secure a future cruise, you can't use your existing credit. not a chance in hell that i will ever book with them again. just disgusting. not sure how they are allowed to continue to operate.

Ozcruising - just don't bother.

Devastated. We booked with friends a P&O Cruise through Ozcruising, big mistake. We paid and the cruise was then moved to another date, comms from both P&O and Ozcruising confirmed we were on the new cruise. Today when we contacted P&O we found out that our booking has now been cancelled, Ozcruising has disconnected their call centre and now they have taken our money and not provided a service.
Shame on them, do not trust them, book directly with the cruise line.

They basically take your money and fail to pass it onto the cruise lines. No phone numbers to follow them up with, just email to which they occasionally respond - but without returning the money, even though the cruise was cancelled and they never actually paid the cruise line. Its appalling and despicable that people like this can continue to do business. Karma bus will come for these low life's at some point

Don't book with Ozcruising.

Never book with them again had over $2000 cruise credit and they sent me a demand for over $2000 they can't seem to get their numbers right no wonder you cannot reach them on the phone they can't afford to have one have booked direct with Carnival.

I booked and fully paid (November 2021)…

I booked and fully paid (November 2021) for a cruise on P&O in April 2022. As the cruise was cancelled I requested a refund in December 2021. I am still waiting on the refund of over $5000 and have now been told I may have to wait up to 180 business days for the refund to be processed by Ozcruising. I contacted P&O directly and they advised that the refund of my money was given to Ozcruising on 24th December 2021. I cannot contact Ozcruising and my emails back in March are being ignored. Do not deal with this company and advise to book directly with the cruise companies who seem to be really prompt in returning your money.

Feeling ripped off.

We had paid for a P&O cruise with Ozcruising due to sail in July 21. The cruise was cancelled and we were offered a full refund or a cruise in Jan 22. We nominated a refund. Its now February 2022 and despite numerous emails Ozcruising will still not refund our money and keep fobbing us off with auto emails. We will never use them again

I will never book with Ozcruising…

I will never book with Ozcruising again. Booked a cruise for April 2020 but was canceled due to Covid. Rebooked for 2 March 2021 which was canceled so requested refund. Was first told refund would be given 120 business days from cruise date, then 160 days. 7 months later still waiting even though they have received my refund in January 2021. They do not respond to emails and phone disconnected. No integrity at all. In future I will be booking directly through cruising company. I have now lodged a complaint with ACCC and Consumer Affairs. Avoid this company like the plague.

REFUND TO ME!

Booking went very smoothly. Then COVID hit and we get an option for a credit or refund for our Carnival Cruise deposit after the cruise line cancelled. We select refund and 12+ months later, we are still waiting. Carnival advised that Ozcruising were refunded, they have just never passed this money onto us despite several emails stating we were in the "queue" to be refunded. I genuinely don't know how they are still in business when there are so many people still waiting for refunds...

I have booked another Royal Caribbean…

I have booked another Royal Caribbean cruise today for next year. I found booking with Ozcruising such an easy experience. I love that I am in control of my booking and can change the cabin number by myself without have to call up to do it.

Ozcruising and cruises.com.au

Cruise deposit paid cc. Balance paid when due through the only option to pay with credit card, which was BPAY through the Ozcruising website. Have to pay cc for travel insurance with card to save $$. cruise was cancelled. We chose refund September 2020. contacted Princess, they confirmed ozcruising was refunded full amount 14 December 2020. Oz Cruising meantime denied charge back through BPAY first time , as they dudnt have the refund from princess. We then found out they already had our money, so put another BPAY query through. Ozcruising again denied chargeback , no reason, proof given to ozcruising on 27 jan 2021 of desperate need of our money back. Which by law says if paid on cc it must go back to cc. But ozcruising is denying the charge backs and insisting on direct debit refund. 27 Jan we were told our case would be looked at to be expedited for refund. No contact received since that day from ozcruising. The Sole owner, director, whatever, all to happy to take peoples money (still investigating the timing of their final payment dates compared to the actual cruise company's, the laws and ethics of that etc)read emails of complaint (proof of this available, and the speed in which they are opened! Wow! ), but should be helping refund his customers, which yes, surprise surprise, Ozcruising we are still your customers and you have a duty of care and can be held responsible for breaching that. Pay up or come clean and fess up what is actually going on ! Anything is better than the constant turmoil and stress of now. Royal Caribbean had our cruise with them cancelled and refunded in 30 days, without us even finding out for 3 months. Then to be so silly to put it in writing that you won't respond or refund us because ive been abusive? 1, that was stupid thing to do. 2. That was a really really really stupid thing to do. Outlining my legal rights and possible actions I can, will and am taking is not abuse. But did u notice how that increased as time went on by any chance??? And I'm an@l when it comes to documenting, recording and research. The matter was resolved by QCAT on 251 June 2021. Despite telling Fair trading that they would wait until that outcome, still not paid. Last chance given today to pay. But OZCRUSING think they can stroll in now and LIE saying they didnt get a chance, when in fact they got 2 x 28 days allowance as they moved their operations mid claim. PENALTIES FOR LYING ON COURT PAPERS WILL BE SOUGHT BY US.

OZcruising closed shop

Still chasing monies owed from Ozcruising, so went to their offices in Canberra.... looks like they have closed shop as they are no longer listed as a tenant, and checking ASIC they have now changed their registered office as well. I know they have got the refund for Princess for my cruise but all correspondence is no longer answered.
BUT they are still advertising cruises, how is this possible?

My cruise was cancelled due to Covid and i am unable to get a refund even though i know Carnival have refunded Oz Cruising - no response to emails for months and no other way to contact them - shameful

To all who paid Ozcruising by credit card and waited months but still no refund.
LODGE A CHARGE REVERSAL REQUEST WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD PROVIDER.
Ozcruising have agreed to provide a service for monies paid and have failed to do so, you are therefore entitled to have the card payment reversed.
Worked for me with American Express, had a refund within 15 minutes, I believe other card providers have similar conditions.
Well worth trying this avenue as you certainly will not receive any assistance from the despicable cruise booking company.

My sister me and my ex booked a cruise…

My sister me and my ex booked a cruise thru ozcruising which in fact was cancelled,we should have departed on this cruise last night 22nd Feb.I put in a claim for a full refund on 22nd Oct exactly 4 mths ago and up to date no refund.On the refund tool where you can check your progress was supposed to be completed by Jan15.
Will never use Ozcruising again.

Disgusted at the greed of Ozcruising

I booked a cruise sailing 7Feb2021 with Royal Caribbean (RCL) through Ozcruising. The deposit upfront was $1000.00 which I paid immediately to secure my booking. Due to covid-19 RCL had to suspend sailing on 3 December 2020. RCL refunded me all but $1000 immediately. I could accept $300 pp Ozcruising kept the $1000.00 this to me seems extreme as a forced cancellation fee. NEVER again would I use Ozcruising

Untrustworthy company and refusing to refund.

I book a Carnival cruise through Ozcrusing for myself and my kids, cruise was completely paid for $4098. Cruise was cancelled in March due to covid 19 then Carnival offered me with a full refund or a cruise credit, I chose a full refund.
Carnival then refunded Ozcrusing in early July, but until this day 01.11.2020 Ozcrusing refuse to refund me saying that because the refund they received was part of a bulk refund, not an individualised one just for me they can not give me back anything.
Ozcrusing do not answer calls as their call centre is shut. They did not answer emails nearly 6 months now when they do aside from blaming Carnival as described above they just brush me off. I have no idea what to do Carnival tell me they issued a refund and I must now get it from Ozcrusing but Ozcrusing refuse.

OVATION OF THE SEAS 12/03/2020 CRUISE FROM SYDNEY

We were on the Ovation of the Seas and our cruise was for 11 nights, but because of the virus and because New Zealand had closed it's boarders we couldn't go there, so our ship came back early. So we only sailed from 12th March and came back to Sydney on the 18th March. We were told that we could have a 100% refund or 125% off our next cruise. We chose the 100% REFUND, but we are still waiting for this after 5 months!!!! Ozcruising will not answer their phone so we have e-mailed them a few times and they have e-mailed us back saying someone will get in touch with us. But up till now this has NOT happened!! How much longer do we have to wait to get this REFUND???????
