I got my teriyaki beef sticks yesterday I had one and I totally love them il definitely order some more when I run out

I had a problem with one of my orders, and the matter was resolved in no time flat! My customer service rep was kind and courteous, and offered me several suggestions in order to resolve my issue. Paleovalley is a great company to work with, along with a fantastic product, and I am very pleased with their promptness, and their expertise in ongoing communication. Bravo, Paleovalley!!!

I had a subscription for meat sticks for about a year and was happy with them until recently. My auto ship arrived around every six weeks and I only had a few sticks left when the new ones arrived so I did not have a lot of old ones around. However, I took one out recently and was shocked to find it was moldy and gross. I threw it away and was pretty annoyed but continued with the next auto ship order but was shocked again to find another moldy and gross meat stick in that older. That is totally unacceptable and I immediately cancelled the auto-ship order. I won't be ordering any more meat sticks (totally turned off now) but I may order some other items. I like the sleep protein and the chocolate bone broth but I hated the Golden Milk (gag!)

I’m a big fan of PaleoValley’s protein powders. My morning shakes keep me fuller a lot longer than my previous protein powder I was using; which I have since dropped using. Love the superfood bars also. They’re so filling. Great products!!

I had to call my bank and cancel my card for fraud.These people keep billing.Me, don't buy from here.It's such a pain in the ass to wake up one morning and have to cancel your credit card and deal with this

Products arrived quickly. I love the taste and cleanliness of the beef sticks. The bone broth blends smoothly in my coffee or cacao.
When I moved overseas they were very helpful in canceling my subscription.

They offer great savings. Their products are of good quality . I ordered the protein powder, protein bars and beef sticks. You may not like the flavors , and that's ok, they will refund or credit you . But most importantly they have great service. They follow up with you after your very first order. As if they assign your very own rep to you . I had my own Paleo Valley representative Erika. She was great . responded to every email and almost immediately . She helped me with my refund/credit for the protein bars ( nothing wrong with them , just fid not like the taste) . I Am very happy with my experience with them .

Great selection and taste the teriyaki are my personal favorite. I had a small hiccup with shipping they took care of it immediately. I will defintly buy from again

I’ve been a customer for years. Quality products you can trust to be safe for you and your family. We love the meat sticks, chocolate protein bars and use many of the supplements. I’ve only encountered fantastic customer service working quickly to resolve any issue with refund or replacement.

I have been enjoying Paleovalley products for quite some time and highly recommend all of them. Their customer support is also top-notch.

I currently have the meat sticks, original, jalapeño, and summer sausage and the coffee w caffeine! I love them both. I've dealt with customer service regarding other products I'm interested in etc. and everything has went just fine.

I had a terrible experience with their product and their customer service. I initially ordered seven boxes of different flavored meat sticks. I also ordered a few boxes of bars. The flavor is definitely different than any meat sticks I've had. I tried to convince myself that I liked it because they are a clean product. I really don't like The flavor or texture.

2 months in, I opened a box of their summer sausage flavored meat stick. I noticed one of the sticks was significantly different looking than the others. It also had defective packaging where it looks like the machine cut the packaging improperly. The stick was rotten. I took photos and sent it to Paleo valley. They replied that since it's been slightly over 60 days, there's nothing they could do! After going back and forth with them, they agreed to give me a store credit. Unfortunately my first order was bought a huge discount. My credit would only buy half off a replacement box of meat sticks.

Honestly, I don't think I can eat the rest of the ones I have. I have no confidence in them. I am very disappointed with Paleo valley and will never order it or eat their products again.

I order them for the first time. Got them in 5 days. I love them! Tasty & Juicy not Dry! 😋 better then a Slim Jim. The Original is my favorite. I will be ordering again.

We ordered meat sticks from Paleo Valley; they still owe us meat sticks on an order. When I have tried to call them you are put on extended hold and you can't get through to anyone. Not a good or honest company to do business with.

I really wanted to like the electrolyte drink mix, but it just wasn't for me. I found it incredibly sweet.

First of all, I absolutely love all the products from Paleo Valley; Especifically their clean, and fabulous bone broth - savory, unflavored, Ginger Tumeric, Vanilla, Chocolate - olive oil, and spice mixes. Eagered to trying their coffee! I also appreciate their customer service support, needed once, where they immediately responded to me and resolved my concern in a very timely, generous, and kind manner. In addition, I relate to the company's culture and values!

While I did enjoy the beefsticks, I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service and lack of fulfilling the identified price point for them; and therefore, no longer purchase their product. I made several purchases (4 or 5) of 36 sticks for $30 and then signed up for autoship. On the very first autoship order, the price had doubled without notice. Upon reaching out to customer service via email twice before I ever received a reply, I was told the price I had been paying was only good for the first order, even though I had received several orders in the past of 36 for $30. No refund, no apology, no further communication. I'm done!

I’ve shown pics of where my package was delivered and what my front door looks like….neither are the same. Keeping payments and making customers chase orders down isn’t right.

Paleo Valley responded subsequent to this review and apologized.
Agreed to contact their shipper and hopefully correct the challenge.

I will still order from PV due to good customer service and quality products.

I have been a Paleovalley customer for almost as long as they have been a product provider of bone broth protein. I have tried many of their products and love them all. The chocolate bone broth protein powder is part of my daily routine.
I highly recommend this company not only for products but for customer service! They truly seem like a company that cares about the quality of their products as well as the satisfaction of their customers.
