I love it when a company actually values customer service ! And Paleo Valley does that . I had to reach out to them for something and had an email response within hours ( Not DAYS) like with some other companies .
I've only been ordering the meat sticks so far but LOVE the idea that they are sticking to clean Grass fed supply for their product . I'm probably a life long customer :)

Protein power. I have RA w/ lupus full of Inflammation. No medicine has helped. I bought this stuff & 1 week later my RA it felt under control! Knuckles are not swollen, hands are not locking, feet are filling better, & this is just one week! That means no infusions for me every four weeks! I'm honestly telling you this stuff works, I have tried everything. From the rheumatologists. My hair, my nails, all changed within one week. My hair's not falling out due to that medication they gave me & I quit taking it because of that. Definitely a must try product!

I bought the paleo valley bone broth protein powder. They have sweet and savory flavors. I love the chocolate in my coffee in the morning. It’s whey and dairy free so it doesn’t upset my stomach. It has helped me lose a little bit of weight. Really great products. The meat sticks have a nice snap and aren’t greasy.

I've been using their Essentatial Vit. C Complex for several years, which was recommend for my osteopenia. I decided to try their bone broth and am totally hooked!! Both rhe Salted Carmel and Chocolate are to die for! I usually put one or the other in my smoothies and am so pleased with the taste enhancement. I've never had an issue with my order or any of their products. Customer Service has always been available.

The prompt service & support in regards to products has been exceptional.
The products are amazing, too amazing my family have been hoovering them up as well so my supply & demand chain is out of kilter which leads me to low to no stocks plus...
The freight time is too slow, which isn't a PaleoValley issue it's anything out of the States issue.
I appreciate it's travelling from 1 hemisphere to another however there is daily flights from 1 to the other!
We get parcels from Europe in a week same hemisphere principle!
Looking forward to the parcel appearance at my front gate asap!

We have received 2 orders of beef sticks, all flavors, so far, and a FREE bottle of Neuro Effect! I asked my nutritionist to muscle test me to see if the Neuro Effect would be beneficial, and it would be if I took it at a smaller dose than recommended (probably because I have taken so many other supplements through the years). She was very impressed by the contents of it, which is hard to do, as she is very much committed to natural based products.

We really love the beef sticks, and are going to try the bone broth and maple bacon pork sticks on our next order! Looking forward to it! I also appreciate the opportunity to save 30% on every order by signing up for a subscription, which is also able to be changed every month, or cancelled at any time.

Their customer service is fantastic, as we had 4 sticks from our second order which appeared darker and had some white spots. Definitely not normal, so I sent an email asking about their policies. I received a reply within 2 days, where they asked for photos, and their reply gave me 3 options to choose from to make it correct. Definitely a positive experience!

Wow! What a find in Paleovalley! I recently ordered their coffee, beef sticks and bone broth protein powder. The coffee is absolutely fabulous...so smooth without the bitter taste. The beef sticks are equally as good...they make a great afternoon protein snack. I have not tried the protein powder yet, but will soon. I love finding such a good company that strives to make our lives better by producing such clean products.
