From first order...
I made my first order when you could get 6 full packs of your mixed choice for around $78. When I received my order, we all grabbed our choice. Mine was tye chicken sticks. I did not like their chicken sticks and I'll leave it at that. I notified customer service and they actually offered to send me a replacement in any other flavor, or just credit me. In two days I got my replacement; I enjoy the beef and summer sausage sticks. Excellent customer service and they make sure you are a satisfied customer (period).

Great tasting beef sticks!
I don't understand how people cannot find the "contact" information on company website. I had an issue with a shipment not being delivered and received excellent customer service. We purchased from them when they first started their business. Returned recently because their beef sticks are some of our favorite, clean, meat products out on the market today.

UPDATE: My order was finally delivered via Amazon on 06/15/26 at 5:50pm. PaleoValley finally responded by returning my phone call, after I left a phone message and pasted this review, on Monday, 06/15, Until this company gets its shipping issues figured out, not sure I will be a repeat customer. Not sure what is going on with this company, Placed order on 06/06/26 and paid $7.95 for USPS shipping; Was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 days by USPS. It was not!
Now it has being delivered by Amazon? Was supposed to be delivered Sunday, 06/14/26; it was not! Have contacted this company twice via e-mail and no response. Was on phone hold for customer service over 25 minutes and also asked for call back. Crickets! Buyer beware!

I'm 75 and wear dentures
I'm 75 and wear dentures, I just received my order and I'm not thrilled with y'all's products. The sticks are hard to chew and aren't that flavorful. I got the lemon meringue power bars (which I did not know had seeds in them). Also I taste no lemon at all. Needs to say I'm very disappointed. The bars were greasy too.

The products are amazing!
The products are amazing! When I first started using them I stopped for a while and tried other products. I could tell the difference so I went back to Paleovalley. I’m getting more protein in a healthier way. As they have started adding products I have tried them as well. My favorite is the sleep protein. I’m sleeping so much better now. If you try something and don’t like it they have a great return policy. Their customer service is amazing and helpful.

I always read ingredients lists. We raise our own grass fat beef. When I started checking on beef sticks for my husband's 77th birthday he tried a few brands before Paleovalley beef sticks were ordered. He liked the beefstick idea but when your beefsticks arrived he said they were the best. We are health conscious and also thrifty and these passed the test. Oh, and he is a gourmet! He only drinks organic coffee and now eats a beef stick with his morning mug.

Paleo Valley Packaging is UNACCEPTABLE and INFERIOR to CHOMPS
We have had a Paleo Valley subscription for about 3 years now. The product is excellent but the packaging is sub-par. Compared to CHOMPS, the Paleo Valley package is very difficult to separate - pulling the two "flaps" is very hard where CHOMPS flaps peel super easy. On many occasions the package is not properly trimmed so there are no "flaps" to grab without taking a scissors to trim the end to release the "flaps".
We've reached out to Paleo Valley several times and received some free sticks and apologies but they've NEVER solved the packaging issues.
Paleo Valley needs to buy the machine that CHOMPS uses to package their beef sticks.
We've cancelled our subscription.

They have reintroduced the chicken sticks and they are a nice change from the beef. I have been ordering Pqleovally…
I have been ordering Pqleovally chocolate and salted bone broth for almost a year. I add a little to my Ryze mushroom coffee in the morning. Adds great flavor. Because the mushroom coffee is very earthy. I alao have a cup of bone broth for lunch if i feel a bit hungry. And dont want to eat anything to weigh me down with what ever i am doing. I just noticed Paleovalley makes mushroom coffee also. Once done with the Ryze.I am going to try Paleo's. This time around I ordered some beef sticks and protein bars. I dont eat the ones from the store. They put to much garbage in them. These looked very clean and I cant wait to try them. I messed up with my order. And Paleo customer service was right there to help me out with my order. They reached out by e mail and by phone. You dont see that now a days. Love the bone broth. nd I am sure the snacks with be great also. If your looking foe clean products. And very nutritious for you body. This is definitely the place to buy them.

New and happy customer
As a new and recent customer, ive had a great experience with paleovalley. I've only tried the bone broth protein so far and absolutely love it. My favorite so far is the unflavored, i add it to everything, especially my morning coffee. And literally no flavor whatsoever. I did try the salted caramel and for my liking it was way to sweet. In that regard I contacted customer service and they were so kind and gave me options, in which I was very happy about. Im looking forward to trying more of their items in the future.
