Simply a good company to buy from & deal with
One of the best companies to deal with because of their quality and delicious meat sticks (that's all, so far, that I've tried) and their stellar customer service. Paleo Valley responds quickly and without the feel of a "form letter." They address and explain their replies to my questions. I trust what they say because they don't seem to hesitate with a reply. I’ve been using Paleo Valley products…
I’ve been using Paleo Valley products for over a year now and love what I’ve tried.
I have tried most all of the shake flavors and find they mix well in many things. The meat sticks and bars are great to keep in my purse when my energy is low and I need a boost. Their customer support and service is outstanding. I couldn’t ask for any better communication. I went through intestinal cancer surgery and it took me a while to find products I could digest without problems and felt better afterwards.

Professional customer service
We ordered quite a few as a recommendation but unfortunately my children didn’t like it. I had a subscription so another order went out and I spoke with them directly and they sorted it out very professionally! Very happy with the outcome

Although I wanted to love the product
Although I wanted to love the product, I did not. They were super easy and quick with issuing a refund.No delays or game playing. By the time I finished the chat, my refund was on the way. I wish more companies were like this.

Healthy protein that tastes GREAT!
I love the Paleovalley products I use on a daily basis: Bone Broth Protein (chocolate and salted caramel), beef and venison sticks, and the fantastic superfood bars (chocolate and lemon meringue are my faves). I mix the bone broth protein half chocolate and half salted caramel in hot water with a little espresso powder, and it is really, really good.
I wanted to get more protein into my diet for several reasons, and Paleovalley has achieved that for me in a very delicious and healthy way.

I called for how to get the promotion,
and upon reading the ingredients this

I was skeptical before I purchased my bone broth powder. Was thrilled when it came. I put it in my coffee. It mixes in completely and has no chalky or chemical taste. It gives my coffee a little flavor and it is now my favorite new product. It makes doing things for good health so much easier!! Love this product. I am very pleased with PaleoValley! It took me awhile to try their products. The Bone Broth Caramel is A+mazing! Watch for the sale: Buy 2 get 2 free! I just tried their Superfood Sleep Protein as I saw it for the first time. I struggle with sleep, especially going back to sleep once I wake up in a few hours. This is an honest review as I’m not paid nor do I get their products free. This product works! I get sleepy about an hour after drinking this & when I wake up I go back to sleep much faster. I’m in a deeper sleep too my Apple Watch shows! I only started this on Sunday, April 26, 2026. I can tell. I just ordered 3 more bags (free shipping & 20% off). Oh & it’s delish too! BOGO offer
I purchased a BOGO offer once a while back. Now I keep getting ads that say STOCK UP ON YOUR FAVORITES, BOGO.
When I go in to buy it tells me I can’t use the BOGO. So what is the point of offering a STOCK UP ON YOUR FAVORITES, BOGO if you aren’t going to honor it.

Our BOGO promotions are limited to one use per household, so if the offer was already redeemed previously, the system will not allow it to be used again. That said, I can absolutely understand how the wording “stock up on your favorites” could feel confusing in this situation, and I’m sorry for the disappointment.

Tasty Healthy Products
This is a great healthy product. I have a friend that is allergic to everything, and she could eat these! They taste great and travel well. I practically lived on them when I was camping. They also have excellent customer service. My experience has been A++.
