Polite, knowledgeable, and best of all, extremely helpful to sort out a delivery that went wrong when I didn't know the overseas freight-forwarder didn't deliver to Australia Post. Immensely patient, responded very quickly, kept me posted the whole way as we navigated three different freight companies. Nothing was a problem. Mate, thank you. You are a Legend!

I stupidly didn’t find a parcel delivered to our home. Rang to ask where my ‘missing parcel’, might be and was fortunate to be assisted by Geraldine. A calm, professional and very kind person on the phone. At all times I was kept in the ‘loop’ and kept informed via email of the process to help me. Was I embarrassed when I found the parcel? Extremely so. I felt foolish, however the communication pre and post parcel finding was seamless. Thank you for everything Geraldine and thank you Dai/Parcel right for a very efficient process.

Scott Jala responded to m y inmtial inquiry email promptly as I was seeking why my package had been sitting at Auckland airport for nearly a month.

He picked this up and kept me imnfp0rmed as he working with who ever had the package and eventually it arrived. I have no idea what the hold up was and was beginning to think it had been lost.

Timely response and follow for my concern

I recieved no delivery updates for 2 weeks and called to see what was happening after emailing and getting no response. I ended up calling seven different times because I kept receiving no updates on the case despite being told I would. When I pushed for more information they tried to tell me it had been passed on to a different shipping company (this was the 5th time I had called by that point), and they confirmed they had never received it.

By the time they finally acknowledged it was lost it had been well over a month, and they didn't do anything about it. Basically just told me it wasn't on them.

I got a notification to say the parcel was delivered but couldn’t find it anywhere so I reached out to customer service. They came back with a photo of where the parcel was left and then I was able to retrieve it. I never would have looked there, but props to the delivery guy for going above and beyond to put it in a safe place haha

I would like to thank Scott for his support when my product was being held for further checking by customs. He kept me up-to-date throughout the whole process and explained what the hold up in delivery related to. All was good in the end and my product arrived safely yesterday,
