I was due to use their services After reading the reviews I called the company to establish authencity. They were very unprofessional, I was told I must leave my car keys with them at which I refused to do, they then proceded to tell me if I want to keep my car keys with me to pay additional £75. I laughed, I told them I want to cancel, they told me to email or send them a text I've emailed them and text them to confirm I want to cancel, my notice period was above the 72 hours they stated is minimum time to cancel, but they've ignored my email and whatsapp message. Thankfully I paid with my credit card so I'll get my money back through them. Please avoid this company.

Such a great job by parkdock, today my flight land half hour early to my reaching time . I just text the company they arrived on the time . Thanks parkdock coming early for me.

1 week ago I booked this company and today I got my car on the time . Thanks you soo much parkdock. My car is in the same condition nothing wrong with my car and drivers behaviour is soo nice .

Very pleased with this service at Heathrow T5. I left it late and booked the night before as no short stay available. Decent price. Directions are very specific so need to pay attention to those but certainly do-able with half a brain. Drop off very easy. Pick up took about 25 mins but was my fault as I was early. Be sure to put your intended pick up time when you book, don’t build in buffer as I did. You can inform them online if your plane is delayed. Drop off fee and parking ticket paid for at pick up so no hidden costs. Car was unharmed. I would use again.

Great place to leave your car. Great value for your money. I'd made an honest mistake coming back later than expected but this was due to different time zones. The parking was absolutely understanding and helped compromise in the situation. Great review for me thank you so much. Will be using again.

They seemed good when I was going to the airport to drop off my car and that was it. When I was nearing the airport they said I can go to drop off area, once I handed my key over the guy said I needed to pay for parking in drop off. On my return from a 24hr journey I waited at least half an hour in the carpark for them to return my car. I paid extra for the car to be washed. However, they parked the car and handed me back the keys and went. The car was so dusty and looked like it had been in a hay field! I messaged for a refund for the car wash. They asked for my details but still haven't received a refund 3mths on! Would never use again. Wish I read reviews 😪

We booked a meet and greet at Heathrow T3 for 6am. When we called to be met we were told T3 was too busy and we had to drive out of the airport to a Holiday Inn to park the car. We were then so late we had to take an Uber to T3. We messaged ParkDock prior to our return to insist they met us as per our agreement and they confirmed they would. Once we collected the luggage we rang as arranged to be told to meet them at the drop off zone. We refused and said we had paid for meet and greet. Eventually the car arrived but we had to take the driver back to the Holiday Inn. When we got home there was a Penalty Notice to say our car had been used at T4 when we were on a plane at T3. Pretty sure using our car is illegal. We contacted ParkDock who said they would pay the fine but they have not done this so we have had to appeal the fine. Do not use this company, they are useless and their attitude stinks when you talk to them.

0 stars. They used our car while in their possession. We have a tracker on our vehicle and it showed our vehicle being driven for nearly 2hrs. Also we had a parking fine but we were on holiday on the date of the contravention so this again proves they were using our car for personal use. We have asked for a full refund plus the PCN fine that they incurred but their customer service is so poor that don’t even respond to messages or own up to liability. AVIOD this unprofessional company.

Please do not use this company as they very unprofessional. Our car was used whilst we were on holiday without our consent. They caused damage to our car. Our care was driven on 8 different days and all hours of the day. When we got home we found 9 tickets of Penalty charges for ULEZ and also parking tickets. When we raised the issue with the company we got no help and have still not received any answers to any of our questions. We have now reported this to the Police as we do not know what our car was used for. What a horrible company I would recommend not to use them at all.

We are very disappointed with this company. The parking location is hard to find, with no clear signs or proper directions, which causes unnecessary stress if you are rushing for a flight. They charge £6 per person (not per car), and you are required to leave your car key with them, which does not feel safe.
On our return, although we called in advance as instructed, we had to wait more than 2 hours without any answer to our phone calls. Even worse, they drove our personal car to the airport without our permission, and then charged us an additional £8.
Unprofessional and unacceptable service — we will never use them again and strongly advise others to avoid this company.

They were late to meet me for meet and greet . Had to pay parking charge in short stay - more because of delay so that was £19.00. Returned okay (20miles on clock seemed a lot) did not check car or give me any documentation at airport which seemed strange. Worried about it whilst I was away. Seemed unprofessional. I would not recommend
