Never again will I use Parkdock

Used for London Heathrow airport parking. Struggled to get in contact with them to find out where to park. When I did get someone to answer they would then hang up before answering you. Had to wait 45 minutes for them to collect the car from us. They collected the car from terminal 3 short stay carpark, but you need to pay the parking so they can take your car out. Took an over an hour to get the car returned to us and then same as arrival I had to pay the parking to get back out. They disabled the dashcam for some reason? I tracked the car and it was left parked on a road in Hayes for 2 weeks. All in all a very stressful experience and I would never use them again. After paying for the short say parking on top of the parkdock bill I'd have been just as well sticking it in Heathrow airport long stay car park.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I parked my car here last year October (2025). I have now received a fine from the Holiday INN parking where there lot is saying I exited and entered the parking lot AFTER I had already dropped my car in their care. Meaning the took my car and drove around for an hour. I obviously wasn't aware of this and parking for this period was not paid. I have been trying to get in contact with them to sort it out and they are not responding. DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE.

AFTER 5 MONTHS I HAVE RECIEVED A FINE FOR 60 POUNDS IN THE POST THE LETTER SAYS IT WAS ISSUED 14 DAYS AGO AND WE HAVE ONLY RECIEVED IT TODAY GIVING VERY LITTLE TIME TO APPEAL. THEY ARE ALL A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS WHO NEED REPORTING TO WATCH DOG OR A GOVERNING BODY WHO CAN STOP THIS DODGY FIRM OPERATING

THEY WILL NOT GET ANYMORE OF MY MONEY .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We used this company over Christmas - like others, the collection of the car as we left was OK, a bit delayed but OK. On return, it took over an hour to get the car to the terminal and then they went to wrong level and demanded that we moved all the luggage to the other level. I wrote that off as a bad experience, however, 2 months later, we have just had a parking fine from the Holiday Inn nearby, where the car had been parked overnight by them prior to our return. No response to any calls or emails.

2 hour wait for our car to be delivered to us

So positives check in and transfer to terminal were OK and reasonably quick.On tbe way back it took 2 hours, yes 2 hours to bring our car to the airport. The driver basically lied to us and said tge one tunnel was completely closed due to an accident or fire. However all other people who came to the same collection point were picked up within minutes. We even had other companies ask us what tge problem was as they had been in and out of level 3 so many times. They told us there was absolutely no hold up. Price was good but I wouldn't trust them again. We did ring repeatedly to ask where our car was

Probably the worst parking at LHR, we will never use again.

We arrived at T2 LHR on time, but had to pay an 8GBP parking fee as the person taking the car from Park Doc was 40 minuted late. This was to be 'deducted from the bill', but never was. Due to a flight cancellation, we arrived back three hours late. We were charged a GBP25 late arrival fee. They refused to bring the car to the terminal until we paid. After waiting for one hour and told 'our driver is on his way', we took a taxi back to the car park to find it covered in mud both inside and out. Please be aware that the cars are moved from the hotel to a waste ground in a location called Canal Wharf in Slough. We have a tracker on the vehicle and can see it's locations and movements.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, they didn't answer the phone number provided to pick up my car. I had to leave it at the location indicated on the website, but without any guarantees, as there isn't a specific area for them there. In addition, I had to pay extra for a taxi and parking at the airport to drop off my family and luggage, and then return to pick up my car. I really wouldn't recommend them to anyone, and be careful with them; their service is awful.

They popped my car and left food wrappers inside

Car parking was fine, on return, they had used up 2 bars of petrol which was so weird, the customer service was horrendous and they popped one of my tyres, the man also left food wrappers in my car stating egg & bacon and then they deny it because they are Muslim. I am also Muslim and I don’t eat egg and bacon sandwiches let alone any sandwich from Tesco. Just horrible all round, will not be using this again.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company, I left my car there in October came back and collected all fine, then I received a parking fine from where they had parked my car on a street around the corner
in a restricted parking bay, they gave the car back without mentioning this, when the fine came through with photos it had the sticker on the windshield so they had removed this and not told us,
I contacted them and they denied knowing anything about it, once I sent evidence they said they would sort it out but that is the last correspondence we got from them, now they ignore the phone and any messages we have sent them, so have had to sort the £140 fine ourselves, Steer clear

I rung them in advance to let them know I was near, after calling and getting no reply, someone finally answered the phone. Then when we arrived at Heathrow, no one was there to meet us, it was another 40-50minute wait, then we were stung by Heathrow parking charges!

On arriving back to the UK, I called them as soon as we landed to make them aware we would be with them and for the car to be waiting. We got to the drop off point.... no one was waiting. I then called again, the guy said that he would need to find a driver, baring in mind this was an hour later! It was then close to another hour before he got to us. We were left in the freezing cold waiting in minus temperatures. The driver then said he had parked in the drop off zone and said I needed to get there quick (the cheek!) Then on receiving my car, noticed that the area he had parked, gave fines for parking there, so I will be expecting a fine through the post thanks to them. So from paying £107.00, it will probably go up to close to £200! AWFUL SERVICE & they rip you off! I didn't get what I paid for - which was meant to be a meet and greet service!

Complete con artist

I booked parking with your company and paid in full in advance. As instructed, I attempted to contact you 45 minutes prior to arrival. I called a total of 17 times and received no answer.

Upon arriving at the address provided, I continued trying to contact you, but there was still no response and no one present at the location. As a result of your complete lack of communication and failure to provide the service I had paid for, I was forced to find and pay for alternative parking.

The service provided was wholly unacceptable and falls far below any reasonable standard. I did not receive the service advertised or paid for, and therefore I expect a full refund without delay.

This experience was extremely frustrating and has caused unnecessary inconvenience and expense. I would strongly advise that your operational and customer service practices are reviewed, as this level of service is entirely unacceptable.

I expect confirmation of my refund as a matter of urgency.

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. We booked meet and greet as we were going on our honeymoon for 19 days. Upon arriving at Heathrow airport we rang the telephone number as instructed and they sent us to a hotel to park and we got ushered into a people carrier. We were then told to pay £12 by bank transfer for the lift there and this would cover us on our return. While away on our honeymoon we checked our booking and we definitely selected meet and greet - level 4 car park on site at the airport. Unfortunately for us our flights home were cancelled and we spent 48 hours travelling home. I contacted them with plenty of notice advising them of the situation, they agreed to wavier the extra charge for additional days parking due our flight cancellations. We explained that we would like meet and greet (what we originally booked) for our return as we will have been travelling for 48 hours. They agreed. They then stopped replying on WhatsApp. Upon arriving into London Heathrow we followed instructions and rang them. An hour later still no vehicle. We kept ringing back and spoke with the same person who had no recollection of our conversation 15 mins prior, we had to go through it all again. She kept trying to get us to pay for the additional days. It sounded like she was at home with her kids running around!! When the car finally arrived the guy tried to make us pay for the additional days parking, I refused and left. We had to pay £7.50 upon leaving the car park at Heathrow airport. Our car wheels were covered in mud, our tyres had slow punctures and we left a bag for life zipped up with some flavoured water and bags of crisps for our return, some of these had been eaten. Stay clear!! You certainly get what you pay for. Wish we paid for onsite parking!

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! Absolute nightmare from start to finish, poor instructions to find drop off, waited 30 minutes to be dropped off at the terminal, on the return journey we waited nearly an hour to be picked up, our vehicle then was absolutely filthy, not only outside but thick mud through the inside of the vehicle. Do not use this company.

Absolutely terrible company to deal…

Absolutely terrible company to deal with. We booked with them and paid for the drop off and pick. On the day we confirmed our time etc they said they dont do foreign registered cars - even though we told them the car details so this caused a problem. Then on the pick up, we had to wait so long in the cold before they came to us in a crappy little Toyota Jazz etc. etc. All in all I would NEVER recommend them to my owrst enemy!

A bunch of cowboys

We arrived at a Hotel with no sign of a parking company there. Question why was a hotel allowing these cowboys to operate there? A man eventually turned up and told us he was from Heathrow car parks. They also operate as YS ELITE LTD. Director Muhammed Haris Shafiq. We were taken to the airport in a tatty old car scratched and damaged with child seat in the back stacked up on one side of the rear seats. He then told me I had to pay him the ULEZ charge both ways of £15 for their cars. I had no choice but to pay My concerns were Immediately. We were told to ring them on our return and the paperwork said we would meet at terminal 3 level three for collection by a shuttle car. We arrived back at Heathrow Terminal 3 and contacted Parkdock for collection back to our car on level 3. We waited for 45 minutes and three phone calls later, when the driver told us he was on level 4 and he would come down to meet us. Why was he on level 4 when His paperwork says level 3? Imagine my shock when he arrived in my car, which was covered in mud right up to the windows and inside both sides of the car. The driver thrusted the car key and exit ticket into my hand and disappeared. The car was so dirty I had to stop at the nearest services to clean the mirrors after getting another bill from heathrow for £7.50 for overstay. My car is a Hybrid and therefore ULEZ compliant so I have also paid where I did Not need to. On checking my car the driver had disconnected my dashcam and removed my phones from the handsfree and connected his own, and the car had done several miles since we left it. What the driver didn't realise my car is fitted with a camera under the bonnet and a tracker, when I got home and checked the data I could not believe where my car had been left. Certainly not the secure car park I had paid for!!! THIS IS A REAL COWBOY OUTFIT. DO NOT USE !!!!!

Dodgy experience. I would avoid.

Texted me 10 mins away from the Heathrow Terminal, to ask me to park in a hotel car park. I had paid for meet & greet so continued to the directions on the website. Waited an hour in the cold for someone to pick up my car after multiple phone calls. Could have been anyone, no paperwork. On return had to remind them again that I had paid for meet and greet and that they should deliver my car at the terminal. Fortunately car was OK but I was worried about what I'd let myself in for while I was away.
