parked up rang them…they told me to leave level 4 Heathrow and head towards Holiday Inn… I said no I paid for meet & greet…he hung up. Called back several times. No answer…
They are scammers….DONT USE EVER

Terrible unprofessional service

Terrible. We parked with these in September. We rang to say that we was near Heathrow and the phone was answered by a female with noise of children playing in the background. Directed to a man who could not seem to understand that we would be arriving at Heathrow Terminal 3 as agreed but he kept saying go to the Holiday Inn. He finally arrived at terminal 3, he was not in uniform and looked unkempt. Showed him the car which he didn’t know how to drive because it was keyless and we had to show him. On our return it was a disaster they were 2 hours late, no fun after a 14hr flight! The driver was supposed to deliver ur car to the terminal but instead turned up in a family car that had crisps and biscuit crumbs all over the back seat floor. Everytime we rang him he said he was 10-15 mins away which turned out not to be true. He took us to the Holiday Inn to collect the car which was pinned in behind cars just strewn across its front, rubbish everywhere, no security lights and cars parked randomly. It looks as if they have purchased a piece of rough land at the side of the hotel. We have since written and asked for a refund but have received no reply. I wouldn’t touch these with a bargpole.

Terrible service

Very poor service, unprofessional and slightly rude. I didn't read the reviews prior to booking (my fault) so it's on me for booking a cheap company.

Waited 1hr 20 min for pick up (after a 14hr flight) with a 3hr drive ahead of me. not cool and, they charges me an extra £20 before they took me to the airport saying "it was stated in the email we sent you" total scam, you have to pay it otherwise you'll miss your flight.

Took me to the airport in a beat up small car that was filthy and picked me up in an old van (I think it was a buddy they asked to come and collect me) stunk like cigarettes and had trash all over the floor. What a joke of a company.

Avoid at all cost.

Scummy company with zero accountability - DO NOT USE

Went on holiday and returned to find a £100 parking fine for a violation that occurred while my car was supposedly in their care. To make matters worse, all the dash cam cables had been disconnected, and the mileage had noticeably increased since I left it — clear signs the car was driven without permission. The people running this business are completely unprofessional; they refuse to acknowledge any wrongdoing and have ignored all my attempts to contact them. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR OR YOUR PEACE OF MIND!

Booked meet and greet !!

Booked meet and greet !!! Ended up being told to go to holiday inn for meet and greet at 6 am then had to pay to get out of airport car park 3 times as went into terminal , paid driver for drop off fee on arrival and departure which was in our fee of meet and greet . Then received fine from Park Mavern £100 . We were not even in country when ticket was issued . Our e mails to park doc are not bing delivered . What a shambles of company . On NO account use Park doc .Spoke to a lovely guy from Park Mavern who issued fine ,sorted this out for us .

Not recommended

Not recommended. Use a proper parking service, not third world managed. The parking is overcrowded, all the cars are crammed in. Your car key is taken and hopefully they find a space for it. It took me 2.5 hours to get my car back and my window was left wide open, got wet. They call it shuttle, collection and drop off at the airport for 15 pounds but it is not efficient, 2.5 to get my car.

I can't give 0 star.DONT use them, they are scammers!!20 minutes before the pick up they called and said they cancelled the booking with email the night before ,that wasn't true as we don't have any email from them.They said they make a refund witch wasn't true eather!Try to call and talk with them, useless....
We will see you in the court!!!

After two weeks came back from kenya i find my car on the time and same condition. As well before using this company i was allready used three companies 4 Heathrow and luton airport parking but according to price this company was cheaper as compare another companies there was no hidden charges. I definitely recommend parkdock.

Do NOT use at any cost - they are an absolute nightmare. The whole experience was so stressful. I called ahead to let them know we were nearly at the airport. We paid extra for meet and greet- what a joke! No-one was waiting to collect our car - we waited 45 mins and made several phone calls - eventually someone turned up and we had to hand over our car to some scruffy youth without being given any paper work whatsoever - totally unprofessional. We were very worried but had no choice but to let him take the car. When we returned from our holiday no surprise - no-one was at the airport with our car even though I had called them when we collected our luggage. After several phone calls and an hours wait someone eventually turned up in a people carrier - not our car! They took us to the car park at the Holiday Inn (so much for meet & greet). It was a total shambles - there were so many cars crammed into a tiny space and a couple of staff running around like headless chickens. How they get away with this joke of a business is beyond me. They cannot cope with all the cars and journeys to and from the airport. We were so relieved to get out of there - and felt very lucky our car was not damaged. Never ever again - wish I had read these reviews before booking. Just pay more for piece of mind. AVOID!

Don’t use

First, why is holiday inn allowing this firm? to operate from there premises. On arrival no directions as where I should park our car, no signage indicating any parking firm operated here. After driving around the vast car car was directed to the rear of the inn, meet by a man who said that as we would away for more than 14 days our car would be parked off site in a secure compound. Pick up was ok a little bit late, but that was ok, a bit strange that we had to meet at level 4 instead of the stated pick up point, level 3. Our car was dirty on the outside, bird poo etc and 31 miles extra on the clock. DON’T USE

DO NOT USE – I booked with them several weeks ago but cancelled after reading genuine reviews (not the fake ones clearly written by their own staff). I still haven’t received my refund despite numerous calls and messages. Every time I contact them, I end up speaking to someone different who makes empty promises. This company needs to be shut down immediately. Even the taxi driver, from the hotel warned me they’re known scam artists! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is the second review I have left as I have noticed more problems. As I said before they disconnected my dashcam at the front (I have proof from Ford). But it still hasn’t been working and I have realized they actually removed it as the wires are all loose. They have also disconnected the back camera. Why would they need to do this ??
Until I get a full refund I will keep leaving a negative review. This company is dodgy.

Borderline fraudulent company.

Borderline fraudulent company.
1. On return, they told me to take a bus to the parking lot (costed £13/per person, so I opted for a £35 uber since we are a 4 person family)
2. I paid to have them clean my car while we were away for 22 days. It was not cleaned, and they have not refunded me even after repeated attempts.
3. I got a £100 pcn charge from another parking company whose cameras caught my car in their lot at the same location where ParkDock operates.

Worst parking experience I've had. Stay clear.
