I booked recently with parkdock ‘ I came from Liverpool’ I was looking for cheap and trustworthy parking company’ from booking to drop off my car process was so easy and convenient’ i went terminal 5 ‘ driver came to pick my car in 10 minuts as he promised’ and upon on drop off they gave 30 minuts to drop my car back at the same place terminal 5 level 4 ‘ they done very well 👍 I would recommend everyone to use their service

Quick and efficient service.Simple to use service. . Will definitely use again. Parking in the short term car park was better value than taking a taxi to and from the airport

I used Parkdock a few days ago for parking as we came from out of london and were looking for a good affordable parking company. We loved their service, very efficient and communication was perfect from pick up to drop off. The driver who picked up our car was very professional, even on pick up, when we landed we were told within half an hour the car would be at the terminal 3 short stay car park. I will definately use them in the future again.

horrible scammers. Said they would cover all costs but made us pay all the fees. The website is lying!! You have to pay extra fees. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!

complete scam. they park illegally then make you pay for parking. they take your car keys and they played about with my car

IT MAY SEEM CHEAP BUT NOT WORTH IT

I had a great experience with Parkdock. The whole process was smooth—from booking to parking. The lot was clean, secure, and well-lit, and finding a spot was easy. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated how clearly everything was marked. I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future!

This is not a parking company in any sense of the word. They are a bunch of individuals who take your car from you at the airport and then proceed to park it in the fields and neighbourhoods around Heathrow. They have no place to safeguard your cars and no parking space of their own. Do not be deceived with their park and ride service. Nothing of the sort exists. They will call you on the morning of the flight to say they'll meet you at the airport.

We gave them 2 vehicles; they both came back damaged. The paintwork on one vehicle was ripped, dents on the bonnet and to top it off the front number plate was ripped. The second vehicle was covered in raw egg. I suspect the residents of the neighbourhood might have done this from frustration.
You will be out of pocket if you use them. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS.

I used their service though I was skeptical due to bad reviews but I am glad I took the plunge of faith

Improvement can be made in service delivery eg car cleaning services.

Upon drop off I waited 7 mins for the driver which they communicated and updated .

Upon pick up at 6;30am my car was waiting for me this made me happy .

Will use them again in future it is easier …than bus plus train with kids

I am writing this message with the utmost dismay. I am very unsatisfied with the services I received from the company which is a bad first time impression.

Firstly, I had to wait for 1 hour 6 minutes before I could get my car on my return from travel.

Secondly, when the car eventually arrived, i discovered my car had been searched out and so many things in the car has moved from one position to another or missing.
For example, the face towel was on the passenger’s sit in front but was found at the back floor. The jump starter cable was inside a white bag and inserted in another black bag and placed under the driver sit but the jump starter was found at the back foot sit and the black back removed.
My hand gloves were put under the driver sit but now found behind the sit pocket.
My boot was scattered and things moved and scattered.

Thirdly, i immediately noticed some things are missing. Such as my car Bluetooth which i always use especially when I'm travelling to play sound on my phone and for sat nav.
My original charging multipurpose yellow cable was missing. (All i can still remember for now, maybe I will discovered others when needed).

Fourthly, I noticed my front house door key attached to the car key has bent and door couldn't open

Parking at Heathrow airport would use it again if I travel from heathrow.

Used their park and ride service everything went according to plan, no issues were involved. We parked 3 cars in total.

A great company very conveniently located bear Heathrow. Booking process was very straight forward and very competitively priced. Will definately use them again.

Worst experience ever in my entire life.I was called a day before my trip that the parking lot has caught on fire and my parking has been cancelled. We had booked 2 cars together.They asked me to book another parking from a different company and will arrange a refund.This was on the 3rd of August, till date which is 26th August there is no refund. I emailed and Watsapps them several times but no response at all. If anyone interested in filling a complaint or case against this company then I am in. Let’s shut this fraudsters. I think even the good reviews are all sent by them.Please do take into account my review before you book in with these cheaters.

Easy process to book and park, decent price and buses were regular starting at 4am. Ticket tells you which bus to get back on your return, no issues at all. Have used before and will definitely use again!!
