We booked this car park for our first trip from Heathrow, and unfortunately it turned out to be the worst parking experience we’ve ever had. Cars were crammed in with barely any space, often with wing mirrors touching.
On our return, we followed their instructions exactly: we called when we landed, again once we had our luggage, and once more when we were outside — yet we were still left waiting for over an hour to be collected. When the vehicle finally arrived, it was in a poor state, with empty alcohol packaging on the floor. Despite being asked multiple times how many passengers and suitcases we had, the car they sent was too small, meaning our luggage had to sit on the backseat with us.
The driving was also extremely concerning — harsh braking caused the suitcases to slide into us, making the journey uncomfortable and unsafe.
When we finally reached the car park, things got even worse. We were left waiting another 15 minutes while they tried to locate our vehicle. The driver abandoned us in the car and got into another one, leaving us sitting there until our own car eventually appeared. To make matters worse, the key hadn’t been left with the vehicle, making it unnecessarily difficult to retrieve our suitcases from the boot.
One staff member did apologise and explained they had 25 drop-offs that morning, but after 20 hours of travelling, the last thing we wanted was more waiting around. In total, it took over 1 hour 30 minutes from leaving the airport to finally getting into our car — despite the car park being only 15 minutes away.
Overall, a truly disappointing experience that we would not recommend.

Phoned 45 minutes before arrival told to go to the short stay car park terminal 4. After several phone calls and being told to go pay parking or we will end up paying more! Which I refused to do as we were told they would cover short stay parking £7.50, 50 minutes later someone turns up to take our car.
On return again phoned when at baggage went to car park and waited another hour, the man pulled in car park got out of the car and walked off!! No words no checking car nothing. We paid parking on leaving.
A week later and we received a parking fine for six hours parking at holiday inn at a time we were in the air. Contacted the company who said they will get the fine cancelled. What a joke of a company. NEVER EVER again.

Avoid these scammers at all costs!!! My car was being driven when it was supposed to be parked. I got the ULEZ tickets on days i was out of the country when l called them they told me they dont own the car so they are not going to pay. Called several times they blocked my number. When l sent them an email they didn’t bother responding. I called Holiday Inn London where they claim to be based at , i was told there was no company with that name based in their premises.

I was told my car would be in a secure car park at the Nearest Holiday in. I had to wait 2 hours for my car . I called the number none stop and they laughed at me. I called them and stated that i would report my car stolen and suddenly they arrived. MY car was filthy they also ripped my dash camera out of my windscreen. I took a picture before i left my car when handing over the keys and 40 miles were added to my car. on arrival home I had 2 fines. both dated for the 15 august . I was not even in the country. car parking at the Holiday in and one drop off at Heathrow . I called this company to complain and was blocked. avoid this company with all cost! they also call themself " YS ELITE LTD" absolute disgrace

Late upon greeting both ways. On arrival they kept saying they were minutes away. In the end I had to leave my key on the tire and leave for my flight. Same coning back. 45 mins late and same repetitive comments of we will be there in 7 minutes. Frustrating. Terrible.

Scammers! I booked with this company on the website with the expectation that I will get a shuttle to the airport. When I was 40 minutes away I phoned to tell them am on my way only for them to say for today there is no shuttles going to the airport a driver would meet me at the airport.At the airport I waited for 45 minutes before the driver came to collect the car. On the day I came back I also had to wait over half an hour for the car to be brought back. In both instances I had to pay for airport parking.Their prices might be cheap but it will cost you more after collecting your vehicle. A few days later I got notice of a ULEZ fine.They used my car for their personal purposes they picked up my car on a Sunday at 6 pm. The notice of the car is dated for Monday at 9 pm. This again proves that my car was being used without my consent and it was not parked in a secure place as promised.When I phoned the company to sort it out the arrogancy and the disrespect I have received from them is unbelievable they even had the nerve to hang up my call and block my number. Now am left with a fine to pay ,STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY they are a bunch of scammers.

We were kept waiting an hour and a half, told during many phone calls they were on their way, traffic was bad, 10 more minutes. Eventually our car, not the shuttle (which I don't think actually exists) arrived and we were then left responsible for paying to leave the short stay car park.
Poor Parking Experience
I booked my car in for two weeks for the shuttle service to and from Heathrow T4, on the morning of drop off I called ahead 45 minutes before my anticipated arrival as instructed and was informed the shuttle vehicle had been involved in an accident so the service was no longer possible. I was instructed instead to drive to the terminal and one of their employees would meet me there. Despite having nearly an hours notice, I was left waiting in the car park for 50 minutes for them to arrive and had to pay £11.50 for parking which they refused to cover- this also limited my time to make it to my flight.
Upon return, I rang the office whilst at bag drop and again was left waiting nearly an hour for pick up. Again, I was informed there was no shuttle service and they would meet me with my car so again I had to pay for parking when they arrived.
This hindered my progress and timings on both sides of my trip and my car seat, mirrors and steering wheel positioning had all been tampered with along with excess milage being on my clock. This would not have happened if I had received the shuttle service I paid for.
Finally, a week after being home I have received a Parking Charge Notice from the Holiday Inn at Heathrow for a period whilst I was away, indicating again that my car has been used and not stored securely. I have been able to easily get the ticket cancelled by contacting the company but this was additional stress and resource I've not needed.
I've requested a refund from ParkDock to cover the parking charges incurred at Heathrow but so far this is not looking likely.
I won't be using this company again and would advise others to steer clear.

On returning from my trip abroad, I waited 2.5 hrs for them, to return my car. I threatened to report my car stolen.
Then got the " it'll be there in 10 mins " bullshit, several times.
Yesterday, I got a parking fine notice from Holliday Inn... which is supposed to be their business address. All a scam.
My onboard trip computer, showed my car had made several trips. So now I probably have other parking fines, on their way to me. Avoid. Avoid.Avoid.

Horrendous experience and not worth the stress!
We booked this car parkas it was much cheaper than the official parking...but the reason for this quickly became apparent.
We called 20-30 mins ahead, as instructed, on our arrival and we were told that "my brother will call you back". No one called us back and time was passing by so we called back as we were a party of 7 and were going to miss our flight. He kept hanging up on us. We eventually found car park C at the holiday inn, where we met someone from Park Dock, although no ID or hi-viz to identify him. We noted another customers car was being driven erratically up onto the curb, scraping the bottom of the car.
We eventually parked up and handed over the keys after 1.5 hours. The transfer to the airport was poor and we were told that a second driver would come and take us to the terminal. The driver who picked us up said there wasn't another driver, he was the only driver. We eventually caught our flight after much stress.
Once on holiday, I tracked my car but found that the tracker was "Offline". This has never happened before, so i contacted Park Dock on Whatsapp and asked them to send me a photo of my car. They said they would but I still do not have a photo.
After landing back home, we called before going through security but by the time we had collected luggage and got to the meet and greet point, the cars were not there. I tracked the car (which had now come back online) but it had note moved. Eventually, the cars arrived at the meet and greet point. One was parked in a space but the driver of the second car tried to abandon the car in the middle of the car park and tried to give the keys to my wife. We asked them to park it up as we could not get all the luggage kids in the car, in the middle of the car park. The driver drove it erratically and abandoned it diagonally in a parking space. Again, we were waiting nearly up to 2 hours for the cars to arrive.
I will never use this company ever again. They lie to you all the time, they do not communicate with you and my experienced causes so much anxiety it impacted on my holiday.
Also, because you leave your keys with them, it would void your insurance and they did not provide any evidence of insurance that they advertise on their website.
They did not check our identity when dropping off the car.
They disconnected my dashcam when they moved the car and the location where it was stored was not secure (as advertised).
This is a shambles of a company and I would avoid them like the plague! SCAM SCAM SCAM
Excellent service
I was travelling from Heathrow to Germany for a week. They met me before my flight, I was running a bit late however good communication via whatsapp app. They collected my car with ease. Prices were more than reasonable, returned and met them pretty much in the same manner. From my experience it was affordable, excellent service and absolutely reliable. I would recommend to anyone who is trying to find a reasonable price for leaving their car parked at Heathrow for the duration of their travel. I will be using this service again.

We booked with ParkDock for parking near Heathrow because their website clearly stated they provide a shuttle bus to and from the airport. This turned out to be completely false.
On our departure day, we arrived expecting the advertised shuttle service. Instead, they told us the bus was "broken down" and offered us alternatives like getting our own Uber.
On our return, things got even worse. After we landed and called them, we were made to wait two hours. Every time we called, they claimed it would be just 20 minutes. When they finally arrived, they did not take us to their car park as promised — instead, they drove our car directly to Heathrow Short Stay Car Park. This forced us to pay extra charges just to retrieve our own car.
This company is dishonest and unprofessional. They mislead customers with false advertising, provide poor communication, and cost you extra money. Save yourself the stress, wasted time, and expense — book elsewhere.

The service is not what they advertise. We paid to drop our car and be given a shuttle the the airport, and back. On arrival (at a hotel repurposed as a migrant hotel), they said the shuttle bus was broken and we had to get a Uber to the airport at our expense. On arrival, they said a driver was to pick us up after twenty minutes of calling. Over 1 hour and 50 minutes later someone arrived with our car (not a shuttle) and we had to pay for the exit to the airport. The driver was also a migrant from the hotel, working illegally, after speaking with him. All in all this is a scam. Cost / benefit analysis is to stick with the typical long stay car park.

My car drop off went well but on returning from holiday I received a £90 Ultra low emissions zone penalty charge. Nowhere in my booking information had I been told that my car would be moved to parking via a ULEZone. After several emails and phone calls Parkdock agreed to give me £60 towards the charge. Two days later I received a second £90 penalty charge from when they delivered the car back to me at Heathrow airport. They have refused to pay anything and have said they will block me if I continue to contact them. I’m £120 down plus having paid £93 for the original booking and £7.50 for the LHR drop off when they returned the car to me after the holiday. No transparency on costs.
Absolutely SHOCKING from start to end
Absolutely SHOCKING from start to end. I booked park and ride but on the way was advised their bus had an accident so had to meet in short stay parking!!! Not what we wanted. We then arrive back to find that our keys were misplaced so had to drive over 60 miles to get the spare and then back again. Not what you want after a 12 hour flight!!!! Car was in a shocking state. Full of bird lime - no apologies at all. It was parked on a road not at all in a secure car park as their website says. They also broke the cap off the door handle to try and open it !!!!!!!!! NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. I WILL BE BILLING THEM FOR THE KEY AND DAMAGE TO PAINT WORK FROM THE BIRD LIME. DISGRACEFUL. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK BUT I WOULD RATHER PAY EXTRA AND USE A PROFESSIONAL PARK AND RIDE SITE.
Efficient service
No issues, booked on the way to the airport. Person arrived to pick up car at short stay car park. I paid for the short stay parking ticket, handed keys and ticket over. On arrival I sent a WhatsApp text when I landed and once again when I collected my luggage. Car was in the same short stay car park as when I dropped it off. Efficient service , just what you need when rushing to catch a flight.

Park Dock cancelled my booking while I was already on the way to the airport. No warning, no written confirmation, just a phone call telling me last-minute they couldn’t honour it — after they’d already taken my money. I was left panicking mid-journey and had to scramble to find last-minute parking at the airport and pay all over again.
Since then? Silence. No response to messages, emails, or WhatsApp (which, by the way, has a sketchy watch photo as the profile – says it all). No refund. No apology. No professionalism whatsoever.
This is a scam operation pretending to offer a service. Once they’ve got your money, you’re on your own. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
Do not trust this company. They ruined the start of my trip, stole my money, and have vanished into thin air. Reported to the bank.
