Frist time i used them they did take time to come out booked wronge dates then the sales man was not well but they got to me and they were great igot atwo and three setter sofas goog value for money delivery was spot on they did everything even removed the packaging since then ive had a new mattress fantastic iwould i them to anyone they are so helpful and polite

They have been great from the beginning even when I had to cancle fitting due to having work done in the roomthey got me booked straight back in

I have just received my new corner sofa, it's beautiful and well worth the wait

The delivery men Davie and Sean were great everything was done all rubbish taken very friendly, very personal blokes

For the phone call of sue one of the reps she was lovely told me how it's works different months to pay like 12 24 and so on to the lads that bring the sofas thy took all the rubbish with them I would recommend them and I what new carpet next

Absolutely shocking company! Waited a very long time for my sofa to come when the did come nothing like the picture
Absolutely shocking quality I threw my DFS sofa out for them the fabric is cheap the sofas are that light the bloke carried them in on his shoulder single handed!!!! 1050 they wanted me to pay these shoddy sofas absolutely not! Never will i use this company ever again! They did not give a monkeys all they was bothered about was the money!

I was able to get the order i wanted and it was very easy steps, i was also shown a lot of respect and i would recommend them in a heart beat. Thank you Louise

Its shameful i have to give 1 star

The whole process with this firm has been diabolical, the fitters they use you wouldn't want working in your garden let alone your house.
Fitters turned up the first time expecting to fit carpets at 7:00 pm whilst kids were sleeping upstairs after being told someone would be with us during the day. No phone call even though our numbers were with them.
Second time turn up and refuse to lay carpets as the previous one was down even after being told to leave them in place.
Accounts manager (can't put name for some reason) ends with cot and starts with an 's'
re fused our deposit stating the carpet was cut, which is was and being driven around in the back of the van whilst the fitter/driver was smoking so it would have been turned away anyway.

I'm really happy with the service thank you very much I did ask for my carpet to be done just before Christmas and they didn't have any appointments they were bought and the gentleman phone main says there was a cancellation and I've got my carpet fitted just before Christmas as I was having my grandkids over and I'm really pleased thank you so much I did miss a payments and I did pay it automatically online and are really appreciate that because I needed to pay my bill and thank you very much I'm really happy thanks it's January now I'm not too sure of the dates but it was in December just before Christmas so I've put the 17th
