We started communication threw what's app and that was very helpful. I received a phone call to finish off my order which was really noticeably polite and friendly service, very informative and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone who are looking for furniture or electrical. I would like to thank Sean (i think his name was)for his help . I can't comment on delivery yet

Great service and simple

I accidentally ordered the wrong size bed and didnt realise until we went to set it up almost 2 weeks later as we were renovating our bedroom. From the minute I contacted the company to find out what could be done to resolve my error they were extremely helpful, even if I had been a bit snippy with my first message (which i apologised for as i realised the error was mine, not the companies!) Michelle was amazing and went above and beyond to help me get the issue resolved! I couldn't fault the company at all, I just can't wait until tomorrow now so that I dont have to sleep on the floor anymore lol!!!!

Sofa is doing well pulled my living room together had an issue with the first sofa I ordered as it was not in stock so chose an alternative unfortunately did not fit into my property 3rd time lucky and got it sorted customer service is amazing if you haven't already give them a try 100% satisfaction from me
