This company is very much computer oriented and if you have no computer or computer skills like me then you are severely disadvantaged, the standard answer from customer service is “ it’s on the website “ best to avoid ….

Holly thompson was very helpful with changing the details over from our pet to their new owners. The process was very quick and efficient.

This is a great service that gives me peace of mind that my dogs details are in one place. Easy to login and update details and I would highly recommend everyone registers their animals to ensure they can be returned home should they get lost.

Changed my dogs microchip number and chose the premium bundle which included a smart tag. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong tag which signed me up for an extra monthly subscription. Got in touch with them and they managed to cancel the extra subscription and sort things out for me super quickly. Really good communication and super easy to contact.

I needed to update my pet's details as it it so mportant that these are accurate. I was unsure how to change some of the details and contacted Pet Database. I very quickly had a replyfrom Holly who sorted it all out for me. Greaf service.

We have an rescued dog and had to transfer his chip number, to our name and address. Pet database did a great job and with the help of Indy, it was a much smoother experience . All done now very happy.

Great customer service

I had difficulty changing information on my cat’s status, a lovely lady Holly helped. It’s so important to keep your pet's details up to date on a government database.

Albeit I did find their webpage a bit confusing initially over payment due to having 3 dogs, Aman Purewal went out of their way to sort it out for me. I do have to say, email rather than call customer services. I got the same representative each time (3 calls in total) who weren’t particularly helpful even down to answering the simplest of questions and in reality, could only tell me that they could see I’d sent an email.. that was about it. I also found her a bit condescending and patronising. However, Aman was extremely personable, responsive and came through… so a big thank you to them!

Essentially an unnecessary money making scheme as once a pet’s microchip is listed on here you basically cannot get it removed thus blocking freedom of choice to register your pet on a free to use service. This apart all the so called paid benefits are available to use via other methods for no cost so hence why only fools should use this website. Yes I did try via email to get information removed but after two unsuccessful attempts the microchip was still listed so like any sane person I gave up so your claims of helpful and effective IT support are false.
