Called this afternoon spoke with Karen, was verifying information regarding my adopted dog, she was a delight to speak to extremely impressionable lady very polite professional and helpful. Excellent customer service. She is a credit to your company

When trying to log into my account I always have issues and have to 'phone Petlog to get access into my account. The time before this attempt to log into my account, the person who I spoke to said that she had to reset my account? This time the system did not recognise my password, which I know full well that it was correct! I have an account with PETtrac with another dog which is an absolute doddle and a breeze to get into my account!

When a microchipped pet goes missing. Shame no one has a microchip reader. Police do not have a microchip reader and allow thr theft to keep. Your pet.

Now I do not see the point in spending money to microchip your pet and Petlog are not in a position to help the owner. Everyone wants to earn money in thus scandalous world.

Truly annoyed to have my pet stolen by next door rogues. Clearly out numbering me with intent, with 10 to me one.

Do not understand why any should microchip their pet, in London as their is no one to help the owner of the pet, while theives get away with pet stealing.

Judgement Day for us all.

Stealer of pets, cannot get away from God 100% Petlog seems like a waist of time. £500 for an unmicrochipped pet and nothing or no help from anywhere for having your pet microchipped, when stolen? Petlog state to try others. Despite them making money from our Pets, no help Petlog. Sounds great to con pet owners with integrity in the law.

Repeated emails saying I need to verify my new rescue dog as the profile could be non compliant. . The website is DIRE - takes ages - like 10 minutes or never to load. So I telephoned them only to think I’d called a scammer - very pigeon English strong foreign accent guy asked for a payment. So I said I’m calling to get your website working - he put me through to another guy - similar accent, not as strong and we at least could communicate. He sent me the details of my pet which were correct. Then 3 days later I have another email entitled “ Your pet's microchip could be non-compliant”. This is a scam company now. Praying upon vulnerable new owners to sign up to a subscription for a dire website. It’s like they have forgotten this is about canine safety and owner - and suddenly they have a CEO and an FD with a balance sheet to fill.

The call/staff member and process to update my account was very efficient and quick.
Followed by an email showing the updates.

Phoned to re-register my dog's microchip and had a great experience with their Representative. She was so pleasant and explained everything in detail. I'd definitely recommend

It was a refreshing change to be able to speak with not one, but two human beings, both of which were very helpful and assisted me in what I needed.

Five stars for the lovely people on the phone, 1 star for the website that gets stuck in a loop of "you need to log in" then "click here to transfer ownership". Two pets rapidly sorted over the phone, very happy, wish I hadn't wasted time on the website :-D

Horrendous website- I am trying to transfer keepership of a new puppy to myself. The website goes round in circles- “ login to transfer keepership” but I am logged in so eventually I log out to log back in and nothing changes. Looking at other ways to trace a lost dog because I’ll be sick if I have to give this money grabbing company my money.
And that’s another thing- transfer of keepership fee it says £39 per year but when you read on that’s not actually it- £39 per year is a subscription for extra services- awful awful company.

The call centre put you through to several staff when i told them i could not log onto the pet log website

Reported my cat missing 7 years ago, missing flag on her record. Last week I received a call from Petlog asking me to agree to the transfer of ownership. I was gobsmacked. My cat is alive. I refused the transfer. Petlog then wanted my vet to confirm she is living with me. How can they, I reported her missing on your system, it is there is black and white. Vets were brilliant and emailed Petlog. Now advised by Petlog to contact the police and get independent legal advice. What are you doing to assist in the return of my cat? I paid for her microchip and for a service and now somebody has my cat and I can do nothing about this. What is the point of a microchip. I am so upset and angry. I understand confidentiality, but as a company you should have policies in place for this. Our family are devastated.

Raised 3 tickets now and the only 1 replied to is the one where they would have made money from us for which we had a same day response. The 2nd and 3rd tickets were requesting to transfer our pet elsewhere, no money to be made for petlog, and lo and behold, no contact whatsoever, only the we're working on your request. Identibase produced our transfer away from then straight away and mypet where we're moving too have been helpful too despite us not signing up to a subscription with them.
Would not recommend mypet.
