AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs
Was going to get our boiler replaced by this company until the neighbour above us was getting theirs done and the two guys who were removing it took a massive short cut and didn't check the pipes under the floor and caused it to flood our ceiling as we live under our neighbour and destroyed our very expensive light fitting and our 70 inch TV. We showed the guys what they had done and they said ( which I have on camera) British Gas will pay for all damages though their insurance and gave us their bosses name ,number and email by the name of Craig Darge who actually had the balls to say it's not their fault ? I mean come on ,WHAT?? We are going to be doing reviews on numerous site to get people to see these reviews, we are currently in the process of legal action with an excellent lawyer because they had the cheek to close our case via email. Why tell us that British Gas will pay for damages (which we have the guys on camera saying this) then Craig Darge avoid and dismiss this ? Don't worry, you'll be hearing from our legal team soon enough because you avoid helping us and our damages as much as possible.

Absolutely abysmal company
Absolutely abysmal company. So bad that my housing association had that many complaints about them they didn't re-new the contract. The engineers should be wearing stetson hats and spurs on their shoes. A gas boiler annual check takes about 30/45 mins. Part of that job is to go into the loft to check the flume. After 5 mins they left, so the boiler passed and they never even went into the loft area. Plus not turning up and then getting threatening letters to say you didn't let them in. Cards through the door which they sneakily placed in the letterbox without knocking or ringing the doorbell. So glad when my association got rid of them.

I'd like to take a moment to express my absolute satisfaction regarding the services provided by Wayne and Liam from phJones. They attended to a situation regarding my radiators which were not inspected properly by the previous workers when the boiler was changed.
I found Wayne and Liam to be extremely proactive and diligent. Their involvement was much more than mere professionals at work, it was their willingness to make that extra effort to resolve the problem that made the experience truly satisfying. They exemplified commitment and professionalism, a rarity we don't always come across these days.
Their knowledge, competence, and respectfulness were clearly evident throughout their service. They were timely and prompt, refusing to leave any stone unturned, ensuring that the job was done not just well, but perfectly.
I must praise their work ethic, their patient demeanour and the meticulous way they pursued the job at hand demonstrated the quality of the service provided by phJones.
I can't express how grateful I am for their help, it was clear that they genuinely cared about the issue at hand and were dedicated to fixing it. Their exceptional service has brought about great relief and satisfaction. I would highly recommend Wayne, Liam, and indeed the whole phJones team to anyone requiring their services.

Absolutely disgusting customer service
Absolutely disgusting customer service. Threatening and harassing my mother who is currently in hospital saying they’re going to force entry although she had rearranged the appointment.
They are rude, they have no quality of customer service and quite frankly, they’re absolutely unprofessional.
We had trouble with them last year but continuously threatening to force entry when we have an appointment booked is disgusting. Constantly phoning and threatening, this is the worst company that Brighton and hive council have contracted. Absolutely avoid if you can.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Failed to turn up to 5 appointments on the run to fix a leaking pipe booked in through my landlord. Not once did they notify me that they wouldn't be attending the appointments. Sick of taking time off work and loosing pay for them not to bother turning up and making crappy excuses for not coming.
