I recently had a gas service . Despite explaining I use the boost button the engineer left it on settings . So it was on when I was out or early morning. My neighbour reset it. I have an appointment on Wednesday which I need to cancel. No choice but to wait on the phone to be connected.

Worst company I’ve had the misfortune to work with, office of untrained people who know nothing about gas but want dictate working day, unprofessional, bullying and victimising immature girls who work in the offices, use inappropriate behaviour when speaking to some men but try hide behind we are just being friendly and then go in a mood when called out and asked to stop and to be professional, they will then go out their way to make work difficult. Pay is shocking,can’t get parts ordered either, turning up to jobs with no cp12 pads or blanking discs. Trying to contact office with issues and no one answers but you can see how many people have read the message but can’t be bothered to respond, turning up to customer services and customer has no idea of service happening, office not sending letters out or say they have left messages but no phone number on job so office must be telepathic, office book jobs where and when they want a month in advance but the customers never receive the letter!!! Royal Mail are certainly not that bad so more than likely no call or letter sent.
Top quality service
I recently had to have the hot water cylinder tank replaced in my home. The engineer, Mark, was very polite, respectful and professional. He did a first class job and had the system up and running smoothly again in next to no time. The whole system is now working a lot better than it did before.
My landlord, Midland Heart housing, use PH Jones as their gas servicing company and I am very glad that they do.
Speaking from personal experience PH Jones are head and shoulders above the previous gas servicing company.
The service provided is top quality and the communication is very good too.
I feel in very safe hands with PH Jones and I just want to say a BIG THANK YOU for the service provided.

Shocking. Avoid. Poor communication
😡 If I could leave a 0 star I would 😡
Absolutely shocking customer service, I reported a leak and was told it would be classed as an emergency and they would be here in 4 hours. After numerous calls and 8 hours later the engineer finally turned up. Customer service just lied and fobbed me off. Communication skills from the reps is extremely poor. I’ve raised this issue before but their communication skills have NOT gotten any better.
However the engineer who attended my property was polite, knowledgable and honest,
I would not recommend PH Jones

PhJ missed appointment
In half of the month received a letter with date of end of the month with time between 12:00 pm till 5pm. And nobody come. And could not give any message that they will not come.

Absolutely shocking been without hot water and heating now 3 weeks first engineer didn't even touch my boiler said he couldn't do it, been passing job back to council twice saying it's not down to them, then when I did make appointment for them to come out and fix it the engineer didn't turn up twice now, now out of hours to call either to chance it up until next day, never use this company, I have to I've no choice as I'm a council tenant 😡 absolutely disgusting customer service
Really disappointed with phjones
Really disappointed with phjones, never had an issue with the workmen but the customer service team are shocking , had my annual gas service appointment through, rang them so say we were on holiday for 2 weeks so they'd have to come after , apparently that couldn't be scheduled but I would get a random appointment through if I left it, I then got a very upbrupt answer phone message saying I have to be in! Anyway we were away theu still sent someone an I had letters through the door , new appointment for between 8.30 an 12.30 today an a no show! Ridiculous!
