Gas safety check up from midlands heart should be taking place on 15.06, no one show up to get another letter for gas safety check with info “u wasn’t at home”. Every year same story… I even don’t bother anymore 🥸 rubbish

I feel sorry for the poor northern lady who has to answer the phone. Obviously the manager isn't available as he's on a training course 😂 lack of engineers given too many jobs a day which are simply not able to do. Best one was the original engineer signing the boiler off then another turns up and wonders why the flume is at a dangerous angle. Awful, standard, no staff shit operation
SHOCKING COMPANY - AVOID IF YOU CAN
One star is way to much for this absolutely shambolic company. Demand that we be in so they can do there part, 2 appointments (so called classed as urgent) due to having young children, 2 days booked off work...expressed my dissatisfaction after the first non appointment to be guaranteed a time slot the following day for no one to show up. 6 days now without a cooker!!!!!!!!! On the first two occasions noone turned up and I had to call them and get rescheduled because no engineer turned up and the 3rd appointment when an engineer did turn up handed me a yellow forced access letter for refusing access when I'd wasted two days already waiting in for no reason absolutely shocking
I had an appointment booked last week
I had an appointment booked last week, 8 to 12, which was already annoying since I literally can't sleep at night and I'm a full time carer for my nan. I sleep when she has a nap in the morning, which is about 3 hours. Because of these people, I couldn't do that. I sat in the living room from 7am waiting for them, fighting to stay awake. 4 and a half hours later at 1130, my nan gets a text message saying they rebooted the appointment. No reason, no apology nothing. Now today it's 12 to 5. If they don't turn up this time, I'm gonna be annoyed.
I was meant to have a new heater…
I was meant to have a new heater installed on the 6/5. By ph jones. Firstly the guy called in sick so they rearranged it for 12/5. The workmen turned up but the radiator didn’t. They said it should have been delivered separately on the 6/5. Currently waiting for another rearranged appointment. Also called my local council as is a council flat and they are chasing up.

PHJONES said they had completed work on my appartment on the 7 th & 8 th of May 2026 , they didnt even come to my appartment,but have said the work was completely,very rude lady on the phone I couldn't believe her attitude, the council have been informed & doing there best to resolve this , 2 separate workmen have said they completely the job , how dare they , one on the 7th &one on the 8th ,so both are clearly lying am disgusted by PHJONES

Oh jones is the it’s the worst company to be employed by once of Council I am a tenant with a looked after child of three years old and my mother lives in the property with me who is 73. I complain to them this evening explaining that I haven’t had any heating for the past few days it is now far too cold for my looked after Child to be without heating I asked them to bring some heaters round and they said they would. I have been waiting now for over four hours. I have called them three times and on my third phone call they tell me that the manager has said that they must not send any heaters till in the morning. . The person that took the call on the further occasion was very patronising and did not care that I had no heating that I have a looked after Child here with no heating and an elderly person here with no heating.. they should not be in charge or getting contracts through Wandsworth council as they have no empathy or no understanding and no consideration to what ones of Council tenants are going through. The person on my last phone call to Ph Jones literally laughed at me when I said that I’ve been waiting for the last four hours for these heaters to be delivered and did not care.. I will be raising a formal complaint as this is illegal

The person I spoke to was very understanding and sorted everything out for me. He went above and beyond to help me out with the dates I wasn’t able to make and made sure everything was sorted for me. Can’t thank him enough !
This is the second time I had my heater…
This is the second time I had my heater serviced and they turn the water heater on full power I scolded myself. And had to go to hospital for burns. This is a disgrace why do they do that!!!

Ph Jones are time wasters. I made a appointment with them toke Unpaid leave And they never showed up and then they made a other appointment and gave me a one ringer Pretending to call me and then they said I wasn't in I waited from 8am to 8pm all day wast of my time. And now they Blaming me for not being at my property but they never show up. If I can give the a Zero Star I would. Time wasters.

This company's customer care service is a buch of liers and morons with no consideration to humanity.
I called in on Saturday for the out of hours emergency eg. No hot water/gas/ and warer leaks , and 2 vulnerable people that needed these facilities., not the water leaK tho... They did not care, and said they didn't have any engineer that is available. And I should call back on Tuesday in working hours.
Finally on Tuesday after calling several times to them and stressing that my 82 year old mother suffers fron chronic arthritis, and threatened them with a law suit, they decided after constant calling, (they problemly got fed up with me and finally sent an engineer out).
My engineer was called PAUL, Paul went above and beyond to make sure my Mother had hot water and gas and heating. Thank you so much PAUL,. You have a heart of gold... It's a shame you work for such a bull shit company. BLESS you PAUL you cared for a family you did not know. We now have heating gas and we are comfortable. Shame on the company you represent. And if you go through what i went through with ph jones overcome this and just ask for PAUL. Thank's again PAUL the engineer man. And for your customer service
Try ph jones take a leaf from PAUL and practice Good customer care.

Just have to mention Wayne! He was so helpful and polite. He identified the problem after installing the new boiler as needing a new pump on the communal system. 6 months later it was finally fitted after lots of troubleshooting. A really great engineer. He also delivered electrical heaters which saved us during a very cold winter!
A leak they will not even attend property
There are two people over 70 that live here and it is 22:00pm and i have a water leak coming from my boiler and these cowboys on their emergency call out saying the cannot attend to look at the leak just put something under the boiler to catch the water and wait until Monday to call the local office for them to make an appointment to come out,and to turn off the boiler so we have no hot water or heating.They are not bothered where the water is going in the boiler even if it is dripping on the electrics within .They have passed the buck by saying it is up to the council to arrange an appointment and that they are going to do nothing.!
