I have just received a letter informing me that you were unable to gain access to my house. Pack of lies. The engineer was in my house. Told me everything was fine and left. I will be letting South Ayrshire Council know about this.
My neighbours are witnesses as well that he was in my house.

Left without heating or hot water for a month so far. Never get back to you..you have to keep ringing them excuse after excuse then let you down again. Came to do a service 2wks later turned up as forgot to take down part number required. Still waiting
Boiler fitting
Brilliant service from start to finish come out doing survey last week booked us in for yesterday the George and Helen was amazing and the lads that installed it all even had a pressure drop this morning and they was here within the hour to sort it out thanks so much defo recommend. Lisa Wigan
New boiler fitting
Did an excellent job fitting my new boiler. Arrived on time and was happy to answer any questions. Cleaned up after himself and took the time to explain how everything worked.

Did a great job and explained everything that they was gonna do. Was very good at there job and always talked to my grandson when he asked questions. They also cleaned up after themselves. Explained to one of the lads that there's a mark on the ceiling and he said he would put it threw for someone to come out and paint it for us.
The worst service I've ever…
The worst service I've ever encountered, came to service my boiler for dudley council in oct2022 but left a valve open damaging the seals,by jan12 2023 it was completely broken, didn't bother fixing until march 2023 leaving me with no hot water and no heat for all that time have had nothing but problems so refused entry for the annual sevice until the council sent their own engineer who identified the problem, ph jones fixed it on oct 9th 2023. within 11 days, broke again, then told "its Saturday you'll have to wait until monday with no heat or hot water" again. The absolute worst service I have ever encountered

My ill mother who is due for Cancer…
My ill mother who is due for Cancer Surgery in the next 10 days has had no consistent heating or hot water for over a year. They keep coming out pressing buttons and giving some random advice, going and then 24 hours later it isn't working again. Im absolutely baffled that in this day and age where everything can be checked and verified, no one is checking on these guys. There is no comeback as no one seems to actually care. Terrible service
What Customer Service? Waited in all day for engineer
Waited in all day for engineer to come and fix my heating. Told he would be here between 08.00-17.00.
Received reminder texts throughout the day saying the same. It’s now nearly 18.00 and still no sign. Waited in all day for nothing. Does PH Jones think that we have nothing better to do? Will PH Jones reimburse me a days wages? I don’t think so. Disgusting customer service. When he does eventually arrive, please do not send me a ‘how did we do’ text because you won’t want to hear my true feelings.

The company phjones done work in my flat didn’t clean up their mess and left rust stains on my 4 year old sons brand new carpet I’m a single mother I’m 32 weeks pregnant and disabled And they told me to clean it up myself In what involves scrubbing on my hands and knees Absolutely Disgusting NEVER USE PHJONES

Very Poor Company
This is the worst company I know. 3 times this year let me down, sick to back teeth they lie. Meant to have someone Wednesday past,, Driver sat outside for half hour,the day he was meant to be in our house,Then went to someone else,,then drove away, never came back, same in previous supposed visits, Iv tried to complain so many times, How dare they make you take time of work,, we cant just work round them, ye you can change appointment will they refund you wages no dont think so. Tried to phone council never got much help. Should get rid get someone in.They even said came to door on a previous time, People must have to speak out about PH Jones. I have even phoned them, they fog you of,, got cheek to say in letter if they cant get in premises you get a fine. They have to get their act together, I cant see them getting any good reviews.

Best news i'v heard all day this laughable bunch have had their contract cancelled from the local housing authority.
As an aside I spoke to a British Gas engineer recently and he described them as "boys".
Btw my 80 year old mums fire still has not been replaced 18 months after their boy entered, not that we are bothered with PH Jones, life's to short.

Another wasted day…
Another wasted day waiting in for an engineer to commit to the company's (bold red) inspection appointment schedual. No customer service skils not even a courtesy call from PH Jones to inform that the engineer would not be attending. Great thanks!

They wired it up wrong
Then now when ever i put the hot water on the heating comes on.
They said they came at mine at 3.20 ish and at 3.58 when called to see where they was apparently they were 10 mins away yesterday and still waiting.

Never Believe what your promised pre boiler installation.
PH Jones u have alot to answer to after recently installing a combi boiler with 9 rads in my property. U failed miserably from start to finish on every count and u will never enter my home again not even to service the boiler. Every promise the Surveyor made to me was broken even after 5 conversations and your assurance that these rads would b indeed bigger than the old rads to cover my newly decorated home they were not leaving my home looking like a squat. And if u had used adequate dustsheets my carpets would not have been blackened when taking off the new rads leaving me with no alternative but to purchase rugs. U knew full well all my concerns before this installation and all them concerns have been and were ignored. I am going to pursue this and u will compensate me to my satisfaction to damage caused. If u think u can carry on ignoring me on this matter u r very much mistaken. What an absolute disgrace and how very disrespectful to me and my home u have been.
