Ever since i had the hip operation 2…

Ever since i had the hip operation 2 years ago i have been in pain ever since. Now its seems i have been abandoned by you. Its difficult to speak to anyone and if i do no one gets back. The surgeon i spoke to the other day said someone would get back to me. Guess what ive heard nothing. Disgusted.

Timely GP Appointments

Being able to see a GP within a few days rather than months. Alex Moorhouse at Shepton is amazing. So is Pouya. Both of whom I have seen several times since my first visit last October. Also, the reception staff are always extremely polite and helpful. Only problem is on site parking which is almost impossible.

Group Physio Session 6 weeks after TKR operation

The group physio session I attended 6 weeks after my total knee replacement operation was really helpful. Well balanced with simple need to know areas, together with personal concerns being answered and creative and supportive exercises to suit everyone.

Easy to find and park up

Easy to find and park up. Polite and efficient staff. Free drinks and snacks were nice. Consultation was explained thoroughly.

Very disappointing and not what I expected.

The appointment was cancelled by phone 15 minutes before I planned to leave home to attend my appointment. I was told that I had been booked in to see the wrong consultant and that I would get a refund of my money. I said I didn't want a refund just another booking with the correct consultant and was told that the consultant would not be in the clinic till April. So my payment was refunded and no further appt. given.

Practice plus admin mistake

Practice plus are currently trying to charge me for a mistake they made in administration. They admitted to the mistake then have again tried to charge me. So frustrating

The Consultant was so nice and caring

The Consultant was so nice and caring. He's explained everything and reassured me.
Nurses were so nice too.
Would not hesitate to go there again should I need to.

I arrived and went to reception where I was told to wait in the waiting room. A few minutes before my appointment I was called through for my procedure.
The staff were polite and very efficient - I cannot fault the service provided.

refreshing approach to health care

Just 20minutes after my initial enquiry ( via website ) I received a phone call from a very helpful person, who
offered me an appointment in a few days time. At the
hospital all the staff were extremely helpful and polite.
There is even a carpark attendant to help you park. Within 45 minutes I had extensive xrays and a consultants diagnosis. I thoroughly recommend this hospital

Do not use I would advise going to a…

Do not use I would advise going to a professional company who will treat you with respect.
I would give no stars if option was available. Rude and lazy staff in Devizes office. No correspondence from them I had to keep calling them for information. They said someone will call me back but never did. Turned up for appointment only to be told it was cancelled last month, again no correspondence from them. Another day I had to waste off work. They were also discriminating towards me and thought it funny about my disability and showed no remorse or regret. Did not know, understand or care about the disability discrimination act. Everyone in the office needs to attend a discriminatory course. When you complain you get threats of delayed treatment or denied treatment. Been waiting 5 months for treatment but heard nothing. I would not use them for their appalling treatment of patients. It’s a shame that the officer staff and manager let the whole team down. If they carried out the work they are employed for rather than trying everything not to, I’m sure the practice would benefit.i don’t think the drs know what’s going on as the office staff hide everything from them, or at least I hope that’s the case. Frustrating and ignorant is the best description for them.

Absolutely appalling- told to ring and…

Absolutely appalling- told to ring and make appointment if I didn’t get phone call in a week. Phoned 16 times, no answer. Left x4 messsges, no one returned call.
Eventually a receptionist at on main reception asked them to ring me, scanning them denied receiving the referral, went back to GP. Referral had been marked by Practice plus as received. Again attempted to reconnect, no answer and message left. If I could leave zero stars I would.
Now going to the hospital to speak to someone face to face, definitely WOULD NOT recommend

After looking into this, there as an IT issue which meant that your referral didn’t transfer correctly at first. This explains why our team couldn’t locate it, despite your GP receiving a read receipt. We sincerely apologise for the confusion and inconvenience this caused.
I understand a booking has now been arranged, but to help us fully investigate the problems you had reaching the department, it would be really helpful if you could email the number you called using BDM.PPGPORTS@practiceplusgroup.com
This will allow us to check our call handling logs and make sure everything is working properly. We can also include I the email anything further you may wish to highlight to us.

Very happy NHS patient

I went as an NHS patient. Friendly staff and pleasant environment.
I was seen on the dot of my appointment time.
I felt I had had a thorough consultation prior to my procedure.
The documentation in the post was clear.
The only issue is lack of parking

All the staff at the Croft Shifa centre…

All the staff at the Croft Shifa centre were amazing and up to now I have two procedures the last being a VR procedure with Mr Madan Quershi who was brilliant I would recommend the Croft Shifa Centre to anyone the very best of the NHS and I am so grateful for the care I have received there.

I’ve booked a private treatment with…

I’ve booked a private treatment with this rubbish so called private hospital . I’ve had the first consultation. And examination? For a prostate cancer problem. But i never been told that the doctor would examine me that the doctor can penetrate me with a something that I never been told? That would be the part of examining? Plus I’ve been told that I would get a call with in next 2 or 3 days to be booked for MRI tests? It’s been a week called them (supposedly to be private health care coordinator said to me P. W….n 07580 …9. She was the one I would get a call to be booked for a MRI SCAN. Now she doesn’t answer the calls? Even paying privately does not get you any where with this hospital.

Dangerous

I was referred to these people by my gp as a triage before seeing spinal surgeons and the pain clinic. Their representative was unhelpful, arrogant and very poorly informed. He appeared intent on blocking all professional care for me but offered none himself, he told me to go home and accept that I am now disabled.

Perfect

Receptionist was friendly, efficient and informative. Waiting room was clean and comfortable. Marilia was exactly on-time, very knowledgeable, clear and helpful.

All is well if you go privately however…

All is well if you go privately however once you ‘switch’ over to NHS care, things change. Lack of communication and even the tone and demeanour of the ‘care navigator’ changes. Unreal.
Paid for private consultation on 23/01. Still waiting for the report despite requesting it three times. Reports from NHS received within 2 days. It’s now been over 3 weeks. Not acceptable.
