Kyle the mechanic is great
Had a bit of an issue with my appointment but the mechanic, Kyle, was fantastic. Was on time, completed the work very quickly and was very friendly. He more than made up for the issues with the appointment booking.

Very convenient for an car 🚗 service 🛢️ 🔧
First time I've used the RAC for an home booking service & inspection.
Was messaged when they were on their way.
They turned up about an 40 minutes after the message.
I went to the gym for 50 minutes & got back & they were finished 10 minutes after.
Totally recommend this as it saves the time of having to go to an garage for an service.
The price was also spot on with garage's at £252 for an oil change, air filter & inspection.
Will use again in the future.

Polite and personal service
Polite and personal service. Josh made the job professional and detailed despite the terrible rain. RAC team seem to know what they are doing. Spoke afterwards for about 10 minutes about service in the future. Very helpful.

Fantastic service
We had a scheduled appointment and Liam (mechanic ID 4217) came to sort our vehicle. It was an awful evening weather wise, and Liam was soaked by the end of the appointment! However, Liam kept us updated on what he was doing and the fault was sorted. We've had no problems since. Thank you Liam!

Friendly mechanic who was efficient and took time to explain the job. He also advised against another repair that had been recommended because it didn't seem necessary, which I appreciated.
