They are wasting customers’ time and money. I will never purchase from here again and strongly advise others to avoid this company.
Reliance Digital is very disappointing
Reliance Digital is very disappointing. I bought a laptop from there, and both the employees and the manager gave false information. When the laptop started having issues, instead of fixing it, they kept delaying and behaved very rudely. I would not recommend buying anything from there.

This is, without a doubt, the worst company I have ever dealt with. I genuinely do not understand why anyone would choose to shop here.
I ordered an air conditioner through their online website, and it was delivered on the 19th/20th of April. At the time of purchase, I was clearly promised that installation would be completed the very next day. However, it has now been over a week, and I am still waiting.
Since delivery, I have:
Called customer care multiple times every single day
Registered a formal complaint
Followed up repeatedly, hoping for some accountability
Despite all this, there has been absolutely no resolution.
What makes this situation worse is that I have already paid the full amount. There is no pending payment, no issue from my side—yet I am the one being made to wait endlessly. Why should a customer who has paid in full have to chase a company just to receive a basic promised service?
My family has been forced to sleep in unbearable heat for an entire week because of this delay. This is not just an inconvenience—it is complete negligence.
The customer service experience has been equally frustrating. The representatives are rude, dismissive, and seem completely uninterested once the purchase is completed. There is no ownership, no urgency, and no respect for the customer’s time or situation.
Step by step, this has been a complete failure:
False promise of next-day installation
No follow-up or scheduling from the company
Repeated calls with no concrete action
Complaint registered but ignored
Continued delay with zero accountability
This entire experience has caused unnecessary stress, frustration, and inconvenience for me and my family. It is unacceptable at every level.
I strongly advise everyone: do NOT purchase anything from this company. Their service is unreliable, their support is unhelpful, and their commitments mean nothing.

I had a very bad experience with Reliance Digital installation service.The technician did not complete the installation properly. He only installed part of the RO system and left the rest unfinished. The fitting is loose and poorly done. He didn’t even install all the components that came with the product (like the bottle).What’s worse, some items (like pipes and parts) are missing after he left, which is very suspicious. It feels like parts were taken away. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.I have been trying to contact the technician, but he is not answering calls. There is no proper support or follow-up from the company.Very disappointing service. I strongly do NOT recommend their installation service. Poor ResQ service
My 65 inch LG TV is under warranty, has got the issue, sound mode is continuously changing on its own. I tried to fix from setting options, but couldn't do on my own. I lodged a service request on 28.03.2026 via IVRS options (phone). I followed up with customer care, when service visit is scheduled.
Surprisingly , all the time i am getting uncertain answers from customer executives. 29th it was assured that service engineer would visit by 9pm of the day. Till 30th March 2026, No update on service visit.
I want to know from ResQ:
1. Why customer has to wait for 72 hrs (3 days) to schedule a visit? Why it can not be scheduled within 24 hrs, and send a confirmation text message on scheduled visit time, technician contact details. This will give a clarity when the technician arrives, so that customer can make himself available to facilitate the repair. Its an uncertain in schedule.
2. It is clearly evident from the service experience , you are engaging very few technicians so that the same loaded technician to attend many jobs and give delayed service to customer. This how you are running poor service show, always benefit to your company.
3. If customer has to wait for 72 hrs=3 days) to get service visit to attend the repair problem, how are going to compensate to customer for the delayed service for your own conveniently crafted policy?. If customer has to call 10 times in a year for repair service, why do want to put your 30 days of delay in attending the problem, into customer pocket. Its like day-light looting for no service to customer but charging full. Is this how, you are earning profits on free earning from customer pockets.?
Delayed service, taking full payment, is also like a theft only. I see no difference from a robbery. Atleast robber puts efforts in approaching people on roads and victimise. Here, customers are coming to you to get robbed. 🙏

I had a very disappointing experience with Reliance Digital, Jayanagar. I purchased multiple appliances from the store including a Samsung refrigerator, Samsung AC, Samsung washing machine and an LG TV.
The delivery was delayed even though next day delivery was promised. After several follow ups the products were delivered in parts.
The refrigerator was delivered damaged with a visible dent discovered during installation. The store acknowledged the issue but kept delaying the replacement with repeated “tomorrow” promises.
There was also an issue with the washing machine invoice which initially mentioned the wrong product details and had to be corrected after repeated follow ups.
AC installation charges were also very different from what was promised at the time of purchase, which felt misleading.
Overall the experience involved delayed delivery, damaged product, billing issues and poor response from the store staff. Buyers should verify everything carefully before purchasing from this store.

Reliance Digital RESQ Extended Warranty – Fake Promise, Real Harassment
I am writing this review to warn consumers about Reliance Digital Retail Ltd. and its RESQ Extended Warranty services, which turned out to be a complete failure and a mental harassment experience.
I purchased a Samsung QLED TV (Model: QA55Q60BAKLXL) from Reliance Digital on 05 July 2023, along with a 5-year paid RESQ extended warranty. During the warranty period, the TV developed a vertical thin line on the display panel, making it defective.
Samsung India inspected the product and approved the panel replacement. They clearly informed me that the repair could not proceed only because Reliance Digital / RESQ had not approved or released payment.
Despite continuous follow-ups for over two month, Reliance Digital RESQ:
Did NOT release payment
Gave false assurances (“24–48 hours”)
Avoided written confirmation
Failed to resolve the issue
Officials including Mr. Shagun, Mr. Shaik Mohammad Noushad, Mr. Yogesh, and Ms. Muskaan Yadav (9752437769) were involved, yet no accountability or resolution was provided.
Due to their negligence, I suffered:
Mental harassment
Financial loss
Loss of time
Denial of rightful warranty service
This is a clear case of deficiency in service, unfair trade practice, and consumer harassment. I am forced to escalate the matter legally despite having paid for extended warranty in good faith.

Do NOT purchase Reliance Digital’s RESQ extended warranty.
