Terrible process and administrative nightmare
A simple change of address has turned into an administrative nightmare that has been going on for over 3 months (and still counting). They take over a week to answer any email (and they then have the cheek to request an answer within 7 days), they have refused all my proofs of address, their automated messages seem to be convoluted on purpose, and to top it off they are now blocking the transfer of my pension pot to another provider. Avoid at all cost and save yourself a headache.

My Dad had a insurance policy which paid every year on his birthday, 6 days before his 86th birthday he passed away , now they want the money back ... Terrible they couldn't just cancel it after has a mark of respect seeing has how close to the death it was 💔

Advisor was clear
Advisor was clear, patient, and actually knew their stuff. Explained everything without the usual jargon overload. Felt like my pot’s in good hands.
Only knock is the wait was a bit longer than ideal, but once I got through it was solid. Four stars, happy enough.
