Once I was able to speak a person
Once I was able to speak a person, Julie Berrington, she was very clear kind, knowledgable and helpful. The automated introduction to get to her however, was way too long, too many layers and choices and was extremely frustrating. I nearly gave up. I have always felt very comfortable and appreciative of Royal London and grateful to the company for looking after me so well over many years, however, the automation is not a good addition in my opinion. Thank you

I lost 3000 pounds in 1 yeari had paid into this pension for 40 years and my insurance broker thought it was funny and said dont worry you will get it back next year it was over 20% of my 40 years of pension savings so i did not find it funny i withdrew the rest of my pension to mske sure i had some money to live on fof the rest of my life

Incompetence on a different level - utter joke
I have never in my 42 years of being in business known of a more incompetent company ever - a simple request of online forms being emailed 3 weeks ago and we are still waiting - 3 frustrating phone calls to the customer don’t care team and a promise of you will have the online forms emailed within the next 48 hours definitely - Yeap you guessed it 76 hours later and still no forms - all I can say if you are looking to invest DO NOT even consider royal London - they are quick to take the annual charge out but when you require information forget it - we will be taking the complaint to FCA because emailing and talking to the team gets you nowhere other than being lied to - 3 weeks and still not even received the form we require - utter joke !
