- You can book on our easy-to-use app or website at any time. Book for the same day, or organise up to a month in advance. You can book appointments for any time from 7am - 10pm, meaning we can fit around your working schedule. We always do our absolute best to accommodate all appointment requests.
- Request your favourites
- We know it's easy to build up a relationship with your beauty therapist and our app makes it easy to book your favourites. You can mark therapists from previous appointments as your favourites and when you make your next booking, you can send your request directly to them. If they are not available, you can then extend to the rest of our elite professionals.
Free Cancellation
We know plans change...
We offer free cancellation if you cancel over 24 hours in advance of your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours but we are able rearrange your appointment there will be no charge.

I have been booking a pedicure with Victoria from Secret Spa for about 2 years, app easy to use, she is absolutely fantastic, great range of colours, best pedicure I have had, she is always on time, and we always have a lovely chat! Excellent service!!!

Very unreliable
Very unreliable, I’ve tried this company 4 times and on every occasion there was an issue. Therapist late, therapist not available and now again they changed therapist just a few hours before the appointment.
There is better, more reliable and more professional services available. I surely will not use nor recommend Secretspa

Amazing hair & make up experience
Booked hair & make up fo a award evening, Roxana came to the hotel on time, very friendly, polite. We had a chat about what i would like, I put trust in Roxana and let her do her stuff. I was amazed at my transformation, my hair and make up was amazing, she knew exactly what to do. I would highly recommend her and i will definitely book her again. She is a credit to secret spa company.

Absolutely Amazing – Salon-Quality Nails at Home!
I’ve been using Karolina R from Secret Spa since 2021, and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is incredible.
Karolina is always on time, comes fully prepared with an amazing range of colours for both gel and traditional nail treatments, and her kit and equipment are spotlessly clean. She works quickly but never rushes, and the results are consistently flawless.
It’s such a luxury having salon-quality treatments at home, and once you experience her service, you’ll never want to go back to a salon again. What more could you possibly need?
Highly, highly recommended.

Whats not to love about Secret Spa
I love Secret Spa. It is so easy to book, usually with appointments at short notice.
Juggling work and children, it is a game changer getting my nails done before work, or after the children are in bed.
Yesterday my nails were in a terrible state, embarrassingly bad! Laura worked her magic and now they are great. Just what I needed in a dreary January.

Although the hair stylist arrived late and seemed annoyed that I hadn't washed my hair beforehand, claiming it was mentioned in the confirmation email, I checked and it wasn't actually stated in the email.

Galyna understood exactly how I wanted my hair and make-up and got it done really quickly so that I could make it to my party on time. She was both kind and professional and made the whole experience enjoyable.

The hair stylist was late and then got cross with me for not having washed my hair and told me I should have seen that in the confirmation email. It wasn't in the confirmation email.

Used this service for a work trip to London, I had an event and had been on the go all day with meetings and travel. Having a hairdresser come to my hotel was an absolute brilliant service!
