- You can book on our easy-to-use app or website at any time. Book for the same day, or organise up to a month in advance. You can book appointments for any time from 7am - 10pm, meaning we can fit around your working schedule. We always do our absolute best to accommodate all appointment requests.
- Request your favourites
- We know it's easy to build up a relationship with your beauty therapist and our app makes it easy to book your favourites. You can mark therapists from previous appointments as your favourites and when you make your next booking, you can send your request directly to them. If they are not available, you can then extend to the rest of our elite professionals.
Free Cancellation
We know plans change...
We offer free cancellation if you cancel over 24 hours in advance of your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours but we are able rearrange your appointment there will be no charge.

The hair stylist was late and then got cross with me for not having washed my hair and told me I should have seen that in the confirmation email. It wasn't in the confirmation email.

While blow-dry appointments do require hair to be washed beforehand, you’re absolutely right that this should always be communicated politely. It’s unacceptable for any professional to express frustration towards a client, and we’re also very sorry that the stylist arrived late, which understandably added to the frustration.

Used this service for a work trip to…
Used this service for a work trip to London, I had an event and had been on the go all day with meetings and travel. Having a hairdresser come to my hotel was an absolute brilliant service!

Very professional and kind
Very respectful, kind and patient with my mum. I booked the session for her as a birthday present. She is 81 and has anthritis. I was worried initially, but her kindness and patience was exemplary. I'm very grateful. Thank you Teresa.

A great first experience
Laura was lovely and very prompt. She had a great set up and took the time to understand the look I wanted. She built up the make up keeping it light initially so we could adjust it to suit how heavy I wanted me eyes, which was perfect.

Pregnancy massage with Zdenka
I had a wonderful, relaxing pregnancy massage with Zdenka. She was very knowledgeable and calming and put me at ease right away. The massage was fantastic, I would highly recommend!

Great service
I was a last minute booking and Secret Spa went above and beyond to find me a make up artist at such short notice. My make up artist was lovely and got me ready on time!

Lauren is amazing!
Lauren was really friendly, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and answer all my questions. The facial felt incredible and my skin was so soft after it. I will be booking with her again soon.
