- You can book on our easy-to-use app or website at any time. Book for the same day, or organise up to a month in advance. You can book appointments for any time from 7am - 10pm, meaning we can fit around your working schedule. We always do our absolute best to accommodate all appointment requests.
- Request your favourites
- We know it's easy to build up a relationship with your beauty therapist and our app makes it easy to book your favourites. You can mark therapists from previous appointments as your favourites and when you make your next booking, you can send your request directly to them. If they are not available, you can then extend to the rest of our elite professionals.
Free Cancellation
We know plans change...
We offer free cancellation if you cancel over 24 hours in advance of your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours but we are able rearrange your appointment there will be no charge.

Booked less than 24 hours before a special occasion for my daughter. Easy to do. Our mua arrived at the hotel right on time and did an excellent job with make up and hair. Exactly as requested. Thank you Kazhal!

Great experience
Great experience. Very good communication, arrived on time and did exactly what I asked for, throwing in tips along the way. I was a little nervous booking on line but I needn’t have been. Would definitely recommend and would use again for any events I want to feel a bit more glamorous and confident.

I booked a relaxing massage with a… Fuller Secret Spa
I booked a relaxing massage with a Promo voucher and the experience was great. Having set up the bed and getting the towels relaxing music was put on and the therapist started the session. The therapist definitely knew what what to do. Feedback on pressure is essential. This is my third massage.

Professional and fast
My hair stylist was fast and professional, and gave me the updo exactly as requested. As soon as she arrived I told her I had less than an hour and she worked within that timeframe with no issues, even working within the limited space and lighting of the hotel bedroom. I would definitely request her again.

Emily was great!
Emily was on time, sweet, and super talented. I have ultra fine hair and she was able to create volume and it lasted throughout a wedding and reception.

Gift card expirations
I received a gift card from that unfortunately had expired by about six months, and when I contacted the company to ask if they could make an exception and extend it, even briefly, they flatly refused. I fully understand that expiry dates exist for a reason, but given how quickly 12 months can pass—especially when a gift card is received well after purchase—it’s disappointing to see absolutely no flexibility or willingness to help.
A small gesture, such as a short extension or partial credit, would have shown genuine care for customers and likely earned them a loyal advocate. Instead, the rigid approach has left me with a poor impression and little desire to ever offer what is a great gift to someone else. It’s a shame, because resolving something so minor with a touch of goodwill would have been an easy win for both sides. Hopefully, they’ll rethink this policy in the future.

5 stars 🌟 – Gorgeous Tan & Lovely Service!
I had such a great experience, she was absolutely lovely and made me feel so comfortable throughout.
The tan turned out beautifully; the colour was perfect and super natural-looking. It lasted flawlessly for a full 4 days, and when it came time to wash it off, it faded evenly with no patchiness.
You can tell she really knows her stuff.
Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
