We were created by a local church Pastor for local church Pastors. SecureGive put the first giving kiosk in a church in the United States 12 years ago, and we've been the leader in digital giving ever since. Challenges with matching contributors between SecureGive Data set and our Church Management System. Not sure this is an issue with SecureGive or our ChMS, but still a "little friction".

No reservations. I would recommend this company to anyone. A home town feel, with stellar technology and tech savvy, responsive staff. I love that even though I have a small non-profit I am provided excellent customer service and the same giving platform of any other church or company.

Had a hard time getting the kiosk to work. Almost threw in the towel. Once SecureGive got the problems worked out we have had a great experience with very good customer service.

I liked the service from Secure Give …
I liked the service from Secure Give but a new pastor and business manager decided the fees were too expensive. The church now uses Vanco.

We can always look at fees and attempt to make adjustments to keep a client. Being debt free and privately owned allows us to be flexible. SecureGive lacks good reports
SecureGive is easy to use but lacks the ability to generate Church Giving statements for the year-end giving. Also, very limited with adding non-online giving to a contributor's record. It's not designed to do much other than accept funding.

The ease of online giving is truly the reason why we are able to serve our community better and expand the kingdom of God further and wider in El Paso. Credit Card Refund
I couldn't reach anyone by phone. I did send an email but when I didn't get a reply, I had to follow up by phone again. She acknowledged she had received my request when I called and she was still working on it. It would have been nice to receive that communication via email to save me another phone call. Credit was finalized shortly after.
Will SecureGive ever give the user the opportunity to refund a customer? Sure would be nice!

Hi Jeanette, after going back in our email records, it appears Courtney responded to your refund issue within 2 hours and had it corrected. We also proactively made sure your merchant rates were lowered a couple of weeks back. Alaina said she spoke to you and you were very pleased with SG services. She also was able to get a direct link to a Payment portal emailed to you that same day. We'd love for you to consider rewriting your review based on this information.
