I love secure give!! It has taken our giving to a new level. Being the administrator of our account, it has made life easy for me. The only thing that concerns me is the fact that people set up an account to give by text/online and their transactions are being decline several time in a row!! I don't know if it's the banks or you guys but people get frustrated with it. Other than that thanks for creating such a great company!!!

Secure Give employees are always available to help and quickly answer any questions we have. The equipment is reliable and easy to use and the reporting is accurate and easily accessible. We switched over from another vendor and within a matter of days, we were up and running. We couldn't be more pleased. It's great to deal with a company that shares our beliefs and truly wants us to succeed.

We have used this service for a little over two years now and have had no issues with it. It is easy to use and reporting is simple but adequate.

We are proud to say that we have partnered with SecureGive for more than 7 years and are very satisfied customers! They offer a comprehensive and flexible giving solution that allows our members to give their donations from anywhere: their desktop computer, smartphones and mobile devices, our kiosks located in our Cathedral; and even through text a message! Our church family is able to tithe and give offerings in the time, place, and situation that is most convenient, meaningful and powerful to them. Of course most of the digital giving platforms out there offer many, if not all similar options; however, it's our experience that SecureGive's platform is very user-friendly, easy to set up, and transactions are processed in seconds. They have provided us excellent customer service; their prices and fees are comparable to other digital giving companies, and they are PCI and SSL complaint.
As finance manager of contributions, I access our SecureGive dashboard often, to match donors to our database, get donation totals, update categories of giving, etc. The dashboard is basically self-explanatory and very easy to use.
Digital giving has tremendously helped to streamline administrative overhead costs, thus putting more dollars to work in the ministry. We are very satisfied with SecureGive's digital platforms and look forward to continuing our partnership. Our experience with SecureGive has been great! Most of our members who use the system on a consistence bases love it. We can't wait for the Events module to be available through the mobile app & our kiosk. This will make signing up for events a lot easier for our members.

The people respond whenever we have a question or a problem. The system is user friendly and easy to learn and navigate.

Everything has been "working," but there is virtually no customer contact excluding email advertisements for new services and/or products. Also, I made some inquiries about new card readers (read chips) and kiosks Q4 2015 and Q1 2016. Manufacturer didn't have product ready and I was told that I would be contacted. Never contacted. I followed up and no one called back. Cricket....
