No sales pressure. Composite door fitted today by Geoff and Wayan. Very friendly and efficient and no mess left behind. Love the look of the door inside and out. Has improved the look of my property 100%. Would recommend.

What a Crock of rubbish.

Our area was canvased by this company and as we are look to have some work done I agreed to get a quote for the work. Now admittedly my first appointment I was inundated with work so had to cancel.

The appointment was rescheduled for today, the rep turned up but as my wife was unavailable (she has a chronic Disease that means she has good days and bad days today was a bad day) I was told they can only deal with both of us if one person is not available they can't give a quote and will have to reschedule (I don't thing so). Maybe they should have said that when they canvased. The excuse I was give makes me laugh even more "there are a lot of Gypsies do my job but we do it better, so we need both of you present" then some load of old tripe about having someone else waiting where there are both partners present so he's going to go there instead.

Wow you sure make your potential customers feel assured !! If you don't want the work don't canvas there are plenty of other companies that will do the job.

All I wanted was a quote so as we could the work done during the summer.

Fitters Ian and Ryan did a fantastic job of installing 'Space Blanket' insulation in our conservatory roof.

Despite our conservatory being very large, they worked until 6:00pm to ensure the job was completed.

The end result looks brilliant. I was particularly impressed because Ian and Ryan went to great pains to ensure that all mess made during the installation was completely cleared away once they'd finished.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The refurbishment of my existing conservatory was completed quickly and to a high standard. The fitters were polite and helpful. Including cleaning up after themselves.

Daz and Josh did a great job fitting new Guttering soffit and Fascia boards did the work in good time friendly and helpful

Was told only 4 weeks for a new to be fitted. It was fitted 12 weeks later.

New window fitted, great service. Geoff & Wayne were friendly and very efficient in fitting it, tidying up as they went with no mess left behind. Every interaction was polite and professional, great company!

We had a great experience having our conservatory roof insulated. The Father and son that came made the experience pleasant by explaining what they were doing and showing us as the job was being completed the different stages of everything being put in place.

Our new composite front door with triple glazed obscure glass side panel has totally transformed the look of our house. From initial consultation through to the installation by Geoff and Wayan the whole process was friendly and professional.

New Windows and cladding to front and side of house. Fitters excellent Geoff and Wayan. Geoff spoke to us a lot during the build (reminded us of Fred buckle from call the midwife) very friendly even came back to do a small repair within a reasonable time of contacting the company. Triple glazed windows and insulation and cladding seem to have made a big difference to our heating costs company friendly and nothing too much trouble.

Previously having had nightmare experiences with window companies I was worried and a little afraid, but needed this work to be done.
This company has great customer service. Knowledgeable and friendly. They chase up all contacts from their staff to ensure you feel comfortable and have had good service.
Everyone has been friendly from the sales lady, to the surveyor to the man who brought the scaffolding to the wonderful people who installed the exceptionally good quality velux window for my attic. I can't speak highly enough of this company and will think of them first in any future endeavour.

Had a total new roof with a mantle on our orangery absolutely outstanding work by the roofers took just under 2 weeks from taking the old roof down to installing the roof then having it plastered and electrician putting in new ceiling lights very pleasant couple well mannered and tidied up when they had finished overall would recommend this company to anybody

Dan and Kell worked continuously during the 2 days they were installing roof insulation to our Conservatory. Kept us informed at each stage of work and cleaned at the completion of work including the outside area. Very pleasant couple to have to do the work.

Wayn and Geaff did a good quick installation without rushing to finish.

Ian and Ryan did a great job of replacing all of our windows and frames and we are delighted with our triple glazing and new front door. To say they worked quickly is an understatement - I actually wanted to tell them to slow down for their own health! Anyway, would have been a 5* rating but for the somewhat pushy initial sales pitch which was unnecessary as we’d already decided to go ahead.

Once Again We have had wonderful service with Shropshire Home Improvements from sales.surveyor office staff are all second to none , Having had New triple glazed windows fitted by the wonderful Daz in August, we decided to have a New front door, so in January we started the ball rolling and today it was fitted , once again we are so pleased not only with the door but the workmanship and friendliness of the father and son team Ian and Ryan amazing tidy finish …then followed by a courtesy call from Paul checking ourselves and neighbours were happy with the whole experience, highly recommended .what a team Thank you

Had 15 windows fitted to replace our failing 30 + year old existing system and this company is a pleasure to deal with from the initial meeting with the salesman to the fitting of the windows by Jason, Wayne, and Jeff who were very polite and friendly and made an excellent job.Would definately recommend this company.
