Overall great service and prices at Sleeping Giant. Coral was professional, calm and very understanding, even with our kids running around in the showroom. She had great knowledge of all the products and gave us time to make a decision. Our order was ready earlier than expected. Prompt and efficient delivery service on a day that suited us.

We had such a great experience after a failed attempt at first delivery because our stairs were too narrow we managed to get it on the second. The delivery team were incredible and put a gas lift king bed together in 30 mins. They were respectful, efficient, great at their job and just lovely. Honestly we couldn’t be happier.

Wrong colour headboard, I never signed for the product that is not my signature, delivery not complete. They took the headboard and just dumped the items and left

This is my go to store for bedding. I've had about 4 purchases and on every visit the staff at Caringbah is exceptional. Even on a really busy day they seem to keep all customers happy without rushing anybody. They are engaging, informative, and smiling. The prices are also good compared to other stores in the centre.
I do not hesitate to give a 5 star experience.

The bed base came on time however the holes for me to screw in the legs weren’t put into the base. I’ve already gotten rid of my old mattress and therefore will have to sleep on the lounge until it is fixed. Yet to hear back from customer service to get it fixed and have no apology as of yet

Matthew at the Maribyrnong store was friendly, helpful and patient. At no point did I feel that he was trying to up-sell me something I didn't want. He answered all my questions and helped me find the best deal.
Delivery was efficient, and kept me up-to-date with expected delivery time.
This was a better experience than I've had with other bedding companies. I would buy from Sleeping Giant again.

Very impressed by the service of the sales lady Josie. She was very patient and attentive to our needs. Also offered advice that was helpful. Will definitely be back when we next decide to buy an ensemble and mattress.

Misleading $50 welcome offer poor customer service

I am extremely disappointed with my experience and feel the communication from this company is deceptive. I registered on the website after receiving multiple messages promising a $50 discount on my first purchase.
When I tried to check out with $494 worth of items plus a $40 assembly charge (bringing my total out-of-pocket spend to $534), the code refused to work. When I contacted customer service (Maria Malero), I was simply dismissed with a link to the terms and conditions stating the product total must hit exactly $499, completely ignoring the fact that my actual bill was well over that amount.
Hiding strict exclusions in the fine print while aggressively advertising a "welcome discount" feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. The customer service lacked any flexibility or helpfulness to resolve a simple $5 difference for a new customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Purchased a king single bed online. Received a human confirmation of order as well as a delivery date via email within minutes. Delivery tracker is amazing. It provided an initial 4 hour window for delivery with timely updates of expected delivery time. Delivery staff were polite, fr I rndly and very well organised. Excellent delivery experience.
