Don't be fooled by promised delivery times and suggestions that this company is USA based. Tracking the order shows it is coming from China. Ordered a week ago and has only just left the country (hopefully). Feed up with the misrepresentation of an item's origins which is becoming more and more prevalent today. Also means that returning poor or unsuitable goods isn't cost effective.

Took a little while to arrive but looks perfect on the couch and is great quality!
I will order again!

I am pleasantly surprised about my delivery from this company. I ordered 2 lounge covers. They are great. The company responded to emails and my delivery was within 2 weeks. I did think they were shipping from the UK but the delivery came from China. I would definitely order from them again!

Got notification delivery was over a week ago. Nothing arrived, have emailed 3 times - still nothing!
Do not touch them with a barge pole!!!

No communication, delivery dates are pie in the sky dates. Don't waste your money. Buy local.

Ordered some sofa covers in beige , on delivery colour looked different to that shown in the pictures . I have emailed 3 times to return them as the colour isn’t right for the room , no replies at all , very poor customer service , would not recommend them.

Absolutely awful company, huge lead times and when you try to cancel they don’t let you

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

I bought a dog bed and was unhappy with the quality. When I contacted the company to return it for a refund, I was told refunds are only given for faulty or damaged items.

The returns policy on the website is vague and, in my experience, implies that refunds may be available for non-faulty returns, which was not the case when I contacted customer service.

I received several emails refusing a refund, despite my request to return the item. Based on this experience, I would recommend reading the returns policy very carefully before ordering.

Whilst company was responsive in replying to enquiries about delays in delivery time the returns policy is opaque. The products arrived badly wrapped and I had already signalled my intention to return due to long wait. Obtaining an address to comply with the “within 7 days” policy has proved impossible and the last email response simply said “I can see the product has been delivered. We hope you are happy …” I am not. Regardless of the quality of the product the company’s practises are disingenuous at best.

The stitching quality is dreadful and communication very poor. Despite asking for a refund as stated in their policy they refuse and side step finally ignoring contacts by email

I placed an order for sofa covers on 3 December believing, as per the website, that this is a UK company despatching products from the UK within 3-5 days using carriers such as Royal Mail and Evri. 7 days in and my tracking shows that my delivery is stuck in China and has been there since 5 December.

I have messaged, and had a reply, from the company stating they are a UK brand but essentially saying they ship from across the globe.

UPDATE
As of today (14 December) items now on a plane, presumably from China so goodness know how long they’ll take to clear customs and get delivered once in UK

Also, I’ve just noticed on Trustpilot that this company is stated as being located in United States!

Feels very much like misrepresentation to me.

Have now received my sofa covers and they are ok (but not great).

Also, my credit card company shows a map if where transactions originate and Slumber Paws transacted in Michigan state USA. Since then the fraud team have picked up on, and stopped, a number of fraudulent transactions on my card in America and in and around Phoenix MI. Coincidence???? Or not …

Beware of this company.

My experience with Slumber Paws has been extremely unsatisfactory. The item I ordered was never delivered, and the company has repeatedly failed to respond to any of my emails. Despite asserting that my order had been dispatched, the tracking information has shown no movement whatsoever. It has also become apparent that the company operates from China, a fact that was not made clear at the point of purchase.

This level of misinformation, lack of communication, and failure to fulfil an order is wholly unacceptable. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid this company.
