We can see that the item including the header is clearly described and the size shown is clear and that you also selected the correct mattress for the cot being a 120cm x 60cm. We understand that your daughter has the full size cotbed and you assumed you were purchasing the same item, we would always recommend checking the size of the items you are purchasing if you are trying to match uit to another item

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with for all items to do with babies. Purchased a dual pushchair in readiness for the arrival of our new grandchild. Lovely choice available and some good prices in the sale. Item delivered within 10 days of purchase all ready now fervour new arrival.

our parcel was delayed for 2 weeks, today we finally received our stroller. But I was disappointed after unpacking today. the stroller is new and it's already dirty. looks like rust on the beige part.upset

Obaby nursery furniture, good price, prompt delivery, good quality, slight damage to one of the parts where the courier had dropped it but wow how quick were thus company to resolve it. Email answered in 20 minutes and new part arrived within 2 days. How’s that for support

I can't fault this online store to be…
I can't fault this online store to be honest, although I haven't been happy with my purchase (stroller arrived scratched) they were very quick to sort out a replacement frame from kinderkraft directly. Unfortunately the stroller just wasn't what I had hoped, with poor stitching and other niggles. Once we had got over a miscommunication between myself, this store and kinderkraft the store were quick to arrange collection for refund.
Kinderkraft however, I wouldn't purchase again and don't care much for their customer service.
