Smart Kid Store Avis 

Bought the pram for travelling. Very lightweight as stated, easy to assemble and fold. We are not using the pram until we go abroad but have pushed it about the house and haven’t found any fault in it. Good value for money and received the pram very quickly.

Puss with partial.ly it wasn’t stated that you didn’t receive the items until after all was paid. So I cancelled it. reordered the pram and it arrived next day it’s lovely.
But I never received my refund from them from the cancelled partial.ly order. It’s left me with nothing in the bank I’m not happy and they don’t seem concerned.

I got in touch with smart kid store regarding partial.ly and they assured me they’d look into it. Which they did do and I got my refund the next day. They also kindly refunded 5% of my order as a good will gesture. Which was very kind. Thankyou so much for good customer service. Would shop here in the future.

Love the stroller. Just what I wanted and exactly as shown online.

I purchased the Graco Move with Me swing and canopy Stargazer.
I was able to follow once despatched and was notified what day and time.
The swing it’s self was very sturdy easy to assemble and it only took about 5 minutes to get it up and running.
I really liked this swing and would certainly recommend.

Overall the items arrived within 2 weeks and I am still waiting on the last item to arrive which has been dispatched now. If you want to save money then it's a great shop to shop top brands. Just be prepared to chase for items that should have arrived with the order to begin with if you ordered a 6-piece set. Customer service girls are really good, prompt and got back to me to resolve matters quickly.

Wow, this company are fantastic. I contacted customer care before ordering, to clarify a few things, response was quick and helpful.. Order arrived on time, but an issue with delivery company, (item missing, but driver had left it on van) which was resolved and delivered later the same day...100% recommend smart kid store, and their fantastic customer care...THANKYOU..

We ordered a folding cot needed by Friday which arrived Thursday. Happy days!
