I’m a retiree and found the whole process easy to follow. My first time considering an online print service.
The product was great. I asked for a hard copy to review first. It was shipped quickly and gave me the assurance of what I was getting. Well worth it. I’m planning to use this site for future printing products.

The process was very easy and the proof service made me feel very confident that the final product would be exactly what I was hoping for. I had a deadline and there was no need to ask for rush service because it was even quicker than I expected. The quality and price were right on target.

Quality product, quality service!
Smartpress always has great quality product and has extremely good customer service. Their project management update system is really handy, I never feel like there isn't progress being made or as if I wouldn't be able to reach someone with a question or concern.

Really great customer service
Really great customer service, and the paper and finish were as advertised. I'm less pleased with the cut of the business cards--they seem to chip off the bleed and expose the white of the cardstock.

I’m sorry to hear the trim on the business cards did not meet expectations. Because business cards are cut in large stacks, slight shifting can occur during production, especially on designs with full-bleed or borderless designs, which may expose a small amount of the cardstock edge. That said, we absolutely understand how noticeable that can be on a finished product.

We had a great experience with Smart Press! We ordered custom 24x36 yard signs for our cabinetry business, and the results were outstanding. The printing was perfect, with the colors matching exactly as shown in the digital proof. The size was just right, and the quality of the print exceeded our expectations.
The packaging was excellent—each board was neatly and securely wrapped to protect it from any damage during transit. They also separated our order into three sets, which made it much easier for us to handle and move. Delivery was quick, and FedEx was very professional and friendly.
Highly recommend Smart Press for their quality, attention to detail, and excellent customer service!
