Event Tickets
I appreciated the communication to assist with making sure our event tickets turned out as wonderful as they did. We were able to get them fast, which was amazing. Overall working with the SmartPress team was wonderful. The quality of the event ticket was what I was hoping for, for structural integrity.
Only reason for the four stars, I wish someone would have mentioned the line up of where I a QR code placed. I didn't realize it and the QR code ended up on the small ticket stub. I should have flipped where the QR code was on the back of the ticket.

Great perfect-bound booklet!
Staff was skilled, friendly, kind, accommodating, patient. My booklet came out as a beautiful thing! The printing is brilliant and I'm super happy with the product. Kudos especially to Elli in Layout Services and Ryan in Pre-press. The only difficulty I had was in trying to communicate exclusively through text. I'm new to professional printing, digitally incompetent, inclined to change my mind, wanting unachievable perfection, etc. Thank you for not firing me!

print is exactly as expected
I uploaded about 8 different versions as we proofed them. the final version and print is exactly as expected. the pre-sales support I received recommending a particular product was spot on and i will be using your services going forward for reprints and changes to my menu

Quality Product and Process!

The print quality was not as I imagined…
The print quality was not as I imagined - with a full color dark print, some of the colors were not what i wanted them to be or as legible. Also, the paper is very easily scuffed, and the edges of the invites are kind of raw on some edges, so i was not as satisfied with my order as I wished i was.

Very pleased, excellent quality and service
I needed a very particular substrate for my signage, and Smartpress had it! I was impressed with the substrate selection, the website descriptions that helped me decide which would be best, the competitive pricing, and responsiveness from production. My signs arrived very well-packaged and the printing was excellent. This was my first order with Smartpress, but won't be my last.

True to hex colors
We ordered these for our wedding invitations and they arrived quickly and were printed out perfectly. We had also printed out some test copies at Staples and found that the colors are much truer with Smartpress. We will be using them again!!

Great way to celebrate a grand opening event
The process was clear and straightforward. Our organization had to bring in a pro to get the formatting right, but the time required was manageable. Shipping costs seemed high - $300+ for two smallish boxes of booklets? But we got them in time for an event, and they were a great hit among the attendees.

We also appreciate the honest feedback regarding the shipping cost. Because the order included 150 perfect-bound booklets shipped via Priority Overnight, the shipment required two packages (one 19 lbs and one 25 lbs). Overnight shipping for multi-box print orders can become expensive due to carrier pricing, especially with overnight service requiring air transport, but we completely understand how surprising those costs can feel.
