Excellent product. Had a diesel spill on the drive covered up well and the rest of the drive looks like new. Easy to apply with a roller. Highly recommend.

Exceptional quality, great customer experience
The product is of exceptional quality. Following the instructions systematically and using the products in the order and with the timescale suggested is important as the results are amazing. The customer service is extraordinary. It belongs to a time when people cared and took pride in their jobs. Kieran was fantastic on call. Laid 10 years ago, our block paving driveway has never looked this good.

We are battling a 14 year-old limestone Patio which has become bleached over the years. I received really good advice from Christie, who pointed out why the sealant I was going to choose would not work and instead advised a much more compatible product.

Website is easy to navigate, nice payment and delivery options, products arrived on time.
Jet washed ALL dirt from joints.
Cleaned with SS cleaner.
Left 2 days to dry.
Re-sanded and brushed
Carefully applied 2 coats, thanking god I watched the YouTube tidal wave in front of the roller tutorial, otherwise I would have been applying it like paint.
Applied around 20°c when overcast.
Results far exceeded my expectations.
Not cheap buy you certainly get what you pay for.

Great help and support
Great help and support. I submitted pictures of my drive with dimensions and info on its condition.
Received a call from Jake who discussed the issues, talked me through the whole process and the materials needed and then emailed me quote.
I phoned a couple of days later to place an order and check a few things. Jake was again very helpful and took the time to double check a couple of things with his technical team.
Materials arrived today and looking forward to working on the drive and seeing the results.

I was looking for good sealer for my Driveway and patio (around 450 sq meter) I used premium paints in past. I started searching for better sealer this time and I come across this company Smart Seal. I called them and my first contact person was Ricky.
From beginning to until I finished my project he was communicating with me on every aspect of my inquiry and he still in touch with me post finished work. He organised everything in timely manner from delivery to collection of unused sealer.Refund for unused material was done in timely manner. He is very informative, polite and helpful. For me he is a great asset for the company. I truly recommend Smart seal products.
