The customer service and care offered by Sonovate is exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond. Attentus Consulting needed international and domestic contractors to get paid and they facilitated a solution that was agile and flexible. Simone Kang was a constant source of help and wisdom and huge shout out to Jack Pollard - my onboarding manager. Jack is an absolute gem; his diligence and commitment to the customer experience is outstanding, as is his incredible 'customer first' approach. I have been approached by other invoice financing businesses but because of the service I received from Sonovate [especially Jack] I am a firm and loyal customer.

I cannot thank Nicola Anderson and Lucy Gibbons enough for all the hard work they do for us. They go above and beyond to solve any queries as soon as possible and are always on hand to help myself or any candidates.
The only downside to Sonovate is that it can be extremely hard to get a response from the Customer Service team from time to time, if this was much quicker the whole process would be a lot easier. Nicola and Lucy tend to be the people I lean on to answer any queries but if either of them are out of the office it feels very difficult to get anything done/resolved.

Hello, Readers! I have recently started up my own business after 25 years of making other people money, and the prospect was very daunting. I had considered not providing the full services I wanted to for clients, which was namely providing temporary staff, as I am in the recruitment industry. Upon being recommended Sonovate by a mutual contact, they have really and truly helped my business grow in it's infancy stage by providing an excellent backup service to me, and therefore my clients. They have really held my hand every step of the way, and their systems are easy and comprehensive, allowing me to service my clients whilst leaving the back office temp payroll side to them - after a very simple and quick set up. I heartily recommend them to any fledgling recruitment companies looking to set up a temps desk, but don't have the facilities in house. Jack and Simone should really be sainted, as they have spent time to make sure I understand the process and that I am set up correctly, with the priority being that temporary workers get paid on time, and the client experience is simple yet excellent.

Generally pretty good on the whole and have worked with Sonovate for a few years now - we went through a spell which wasn't the greatest as Emily was away and no-one really picked anything up from finance to customer service but thankfully that service is rare! Emily is a star though and has been amazing with our business from day one, you should look after her as she is great! Finance sometimes a bit slow but i appreciate the team are very busy at times. Placements can sometimes take too long to get pushed through from credit risk also. Otherwise it's a generally very positive relationship!

The Credit Control function that is provided takes the total stress away from chasing your debtor ledger & the dedicated credit control team are always at hand to run through your debtor ledgers or provide any reports that you may need to assist with Managment reporting etc.
The credit control team assigned to our Company have build up strong, long lasting relationships with each of our clients.
