Here's the modus. Lots of cheap properties to reel you in. But once you lay them £79 you will know you have been done. Those properties somehow are now occupied, you still get offered rooms that is much dearer than the ones that took you in.. It's a nice enough racket have 10 rooms, take 100 members and you can't lose...

Today,,Spacelet " told me i could be sued for my review ( i had called because i saw a property in Gumtree with them and i wanted to see if that was real).I was also told that they terminated my contract ( 79 pounds) ,but if i delete my review they can let me see other properties and recommend me as a good tenant...I asked the agent approval to have this conversation again si o could record it and i was told it was already recorded and if i wanted it it would cost me £70.

Do not pay for this service!
That is a scam. They upload wrong details, let you pay and steal your money!
The owner Angela Gomes, really rude and unprofessional. She has blocked my number so I am unable to reach them.
I will go with the Police to their office to take my money back!
Save your money and do not use this extremely bad company!

I will not recommend this agency to anyone, all the bad reviews are true. I should be checked the reviews before signing up.
Basically you're charged for nothing, the service they're claiming that you're charged for doesn't exist!
How is possible nowadays exists this companies. I lost my £79 because I didn't read the reviews. I only got two viewings and didn't compalay with my enquiries, I had to look for a REAL AGENCY, I asked for refund and they said it can't be refunded. What services??? Nothing! THEY GOT MONEY FROM YOU FOR NOTHING

Landlord & Tenant is a big deal in London: over the years, the trend has been to turn bedrooms into dorms without the adequate checks and balances. Don't succumb to this kind of treatment: there are agents that deal with cheap accommodation in London and though they may get a bad press, there is a lot to consider here, most important, the possible high expectation of the client.
Spacelet was used here by me as a busy professional needing to resettle for a working contract. The fast turnaround and the amount of properties in the areas chosen was satisfied and take note that dealing with customer needs within a wage bracket that never increases is not easy. Roomshares and dorms as living accommodation, not student accommodation has become the norm - and until this is sorted by Mayor and Councils in London, places like this are a godsend and should be treated as such. I will use them again as a working professional in London, and as a person not that easy to please....

I would highly recommend. Everything was very simple and they went out of their way to help me whilst I was abroad and need a place to come to upon arrival. They organised virtual tours for me and I found a great flat in wonderful street for an incredible price. I cannot thank the staff enough for their help.

REPORT TO THE KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA COUNCIL!!! This agency offeres unavailable properties. The customor service and communication is bad since you do not get a response if you ask why they have so many unavailable properties online.

I added my requirements for the apartment, and they organized several views. I went there, met the landlords, and finally settled for an apartment with one of them. The experience was perfect. I was able to do my daily work stress free, while the employees at spacelet organized the viewings for me at the times when i was available. I recommend it, and I would use their service again whenever I need to rent a place in London.

Find your dream place: Claire was absolutely wonderful by understanding my quest, with compassion, and I find it exactly. She is brilliant and committed to helping me in my journey. Avoid this company. They want you to pay £79 in order to get a viewing. The adverts also look too good to be true.

I get registered with spacelet to find a bedsit. When I get register, Claire from Spacelet gave me straight away few flats to visit. She send me all the details and I found a flat straight away. She is so helpful and answer straight away to my emails to any questions, any doubts I had. The bedsite is central London for a super cheap price. I definitely recommend Spacelet, especially Claire.

This company should be investigated Gumtree should stop allowing them to do fake adverts for housing.
They have dumped hundreds if not thousands of people with their scamming program I believe some people are shy to testify or cant be bothered because the amount of money lost is not huge.
However this company need to be stopped they dont have no place to rent they just busy taking people money.

Thank you to Spacelet for helping me find a new flat through a straightforward process that took less than 24 hours. My agent was very responsive, and showed sincerity in her effort to put me in touch with the landlord as soon as possible. Also, she reached out to me the following day to make sure I was able to reach the landlord.
