I wish I could give zero stars scam site spins america casino will not pay you do not deposit I won 190$ tried to redeem after kyc was verified they closed my account out never got the 190 and they just took the rest of the money on my account and closed it can't talk to support now stay away plenty of good casinos out there just not spinsamerica

False advertising and fraudulent activities

I want to give anybody a heads up on spins America as you could probably see from other posts the only way they have for customer support is through their email which they never respond to they will take your money but they will not give you what you paid for when you try to contact them they won't contact you back they steal from you they send nothing but false advertisements and if you ever redemption they will not send your redemption through and when you try to get a hold of them for your redemption what's old do you go get no response so any money you give them you're not guaranteed to get what you paid for plus if you do when you will never get a cash out and everything they send you for emails are falsely advertised just to get you to log into their website so a heads up anything you do with this company you're going to get ripped off I wish to go out of business they're doing fraud hopefully a lot of people and enough people get together that I can do that otherwise I just want to let anybody know don't do business here because they'll steal your money they'll give you something for what you pay for but it's not what's advertised and like I said too they will not respond with customer service to fix it three every email you get will be show these great deals when you get on there website it'll show that it's not available it's just a false advertisement to get you to log in and three if you do a redemption it'll never go through and then when you try to get a hold of him to ask what's going on no response so in the long run you're giving them money with not a chance getting anything back have a wonderful day and happy gaming

This site verified my and sent me an email stating that I had successfully completed verification and then deactivated my account for failing to verify in time conveniently right after I submitted my redemption request. I emailed over and over again showing the email THEY SENT me showing that I was fully verified and had successfully submitted all necessary documents and never even recieved a response. Site works great as long as you’re losing but once you win and complete their play thru and go to redeem that’s when it becomes a problem. I am writing this review in hopes that someone from the site will actually reach out to me and help me out so I can finally get this resolved but I highly doubt that will happen. I will update if by some miracle it does but until then I’m recommending you use another site, any other site really as your chances are probably better.

I will never play on this site again! I e been trying to redeem for over a week! They ask for rediculous verification documents then go silent once it’s submitted! Declined my redemption 3 times and now been just sitting on pending and will not respond to emails! I agree gaming commission needs to be contacted and an attorney at this point!

I have been verification pending on this casino since forever which is why I never play on it even if they have good bonuses. Well I couldn’t resist 100 for 300 but guess what I can’t redeem because verification is still pending which I did that months and months ago. I’m verified on every casino there is but this is the first casino that can’t even do verification right. I won 500 which I’m realizing I might never see since who knows if I’ll ever even get a reply to my email about pending verification. If I don’t get verified and receive my winnings in a reasonable time i WILL contact the gaming commission, the FBI and the BBB. As well as whatever else I have to do!

Do not put your money into this casino. They offer great bonuses because they will not payout!!! I've tried to redeem $100 for times all denied, no explanation. No live customer service, I've emailed and submitted requests... Dead silence for weeks.

PLEASE READ BEFORE INVESTING ANY MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS CASINO. They do not put the customer first and ghost them making you think you can contact customer support but I believe that they don’t have any kind of customer support other than AI and you will get nowhere with this site so please Beware. I have never played a Casino Site that I was disrespected by more than SpinsAmerica. I won over $500 and did two separate redemptions after successfully completing the verification process and never heard anything and finally realized where I had to look to see the history of my redemptions and it had been declined with no explanation. Then once I tried to do another redemption it did like many others are saying there were different playthrough requirements. With that being said, I have done 4 more redemption requests and each one has been declined with no explanation and I have emailed them
numerous times and cannot get a response. The only response I have gotten were emails stating that my redemption had been accepted and was waiting on approval and if I needed further assistance to not hesitate to contact them and I contact them and do not receive any response of any kind. So please don’t trust this site and spend your money elsewhere. Lesson learned that Great Coin offers aren’t always the best way to go cause they offer great specials but you can’t get what is rightfully yours.

Ive won over 500+ in this casino on table games my redemption of 295 only took hours after i got the email saying that my documents were verified but my redemption of 495 has been on processing since april 8th and it has been 3 business i will remain patient and update this review once i receive my money. :) other wise i give it a solid 8/10

So for one I should have known when every offer was like double your money. But did it anyway, spent 30 total. Went to withdraw 100 and this is the email I get for verification
Keep inind they want a bank statement with the purchase I just made the day before on it
And has to be 100 percent selfie and legible

TRASH!

TRASH!! I've tried to withdraw 330$ 8 different times and they keep telling me my bank transfer is declined, I'm not even asking for a bank transfer but a prepaid debit card,I withdrew from them once before with minimal hassle so they know all my info is correct but they also keep telling me to make sure my documentation is verified! If they e already allowed me to redeem money in the past it has to be verified, I've asked clearly what specifically they need verified but they just keep responding with the same cookie cutter response. I would stay as far away from this casino as possible they play games and just want you to give up on requesting the money they owe you. I'm requesting withdrawal for the 9th time as of today but I don't expect too much.

Love the gaming experience and would definitely give this a higher rating but having issues with verification. Got an email saying I was successfully verified but when I go to redeem it won’t let me. Now says it’s pending. Tried to contact support and still waiting to hear back. I would change this to a much better rating if this process/ redemption went a little smoother.

So usually I have no problem getting my winnings when I play on social casinos but this one however nowhere in the description for the bonus that I paid for did it say anything about a playthrough requirement but lo and behold I paid $20 but I got the $50 SC and I got up to about $600 in winning and so I'm thinking I can cash that out right wrong oh so wrong I was I was able to cash out $100 oh but wait it gets worse so I go to do the redeem and there's this little notification that says your kyc process is still pending still processing or whatever well the funny thing is I don't remember ever doing the kyc no customer service anywhere to be had this is hands down the worst Social Casino I've ever played on and I will not do that again no response from the emails that I've sent and no way to verify who I am no way to claim my winnings that is a scam and a half!!!!!!

I would give this platform zero stars if it were possible. My experience with Spins America has been incredibly unprofessional. They had no issues accepting my payments and allowing me to purchase multiple packages, but the moment I attempted to withdraw $900 in winnings, their communication changed.
After repeated attempts to contact support, I was finally told the platform isn't available in my state—a "restriction" that was never mentioned while I was spending money. When I questioned this inconsistency, I was simply told I had been "blacklisted" with no further explanation. It seems they only enforce their policies when it's time to pay out. Avoid this platform; they do not honor winnings and have terrible customer service.

Americas WORST social casino

Americas WORST social casino. Gave me a great deal, I bought coins, and won! Tried to redeem my prize and because I couldn't provide a sufficient picture of a digital card I used to purchase coins with, was denied. Mind you, I verified my identity, address, and provided the bank statement for the digital card I used. I screenshot of the digital card, but it just shows the number and not my name. Sent a screen record of me logging into the site, navigating to my personal info, then navigating to my digital card details, and still was t enough. They closed my account for 'failing to verify within 7 days' and the $300 prize I had won is forfeit.

I deleted my account rather than deal with it

I don’t know why I even tried after the bad experience I had with them before I always give the benefit of the doubt but they seem to keep wanting to lose customers.

I am already verified and I decided to put in 50 bucks did their playthrough and got up to 850. I get an email saying they need to re verify me! Even though I have already been verified and none of my information has changed. Going to post there outrageous verification they asked me for. I just did 50 dollar spins To go through the money and deleted my account! They turned to S@*t!!
