Could have made opening the account totally idiot proof by pointing out that you have a proper bank account with them - unlike an account held with a B/Soc when transferring the opening funds. But friendly staff on the end of the phone to help out

Be very carefull
Be very carefull, i opened one year bond on 6/10/23 at 6.10% wouldnt give me account detail so could pay money in, details turn up today so i can pay money in but they have secretly cut the rate to 5.90 % but made no attempt to honor the rate i signed up for, wont be getting my money thats for sure

No problems. I opened a one year fixed rate bond at a great rate and sent 3 lots of deposits by faster payments. All landed quickly and safely.

ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL
I don't even know where to start . Several other reviews mentioned about streambank being amateurs I think that's an understatement. Technical problems and glitches are the norm and don't even think about contacting them you will not be able to get hold of them. The service is what you would expect in a third world country . Avoid like the plague
