Excellent service. Handles look smart and have a strong return after pushing them down. Disappointed that screw heads’ black coating slightly came off when fitting, but overall impact not diminished.

Excessive delivery margins!
Product is fine but it took a while to be delivered despite me paying £8, the item (a door latch) was only £9 so think there’s an unreasonable margin in the delivery.

No support to fix a minor product issue
Thought I had found my hardware at a reasonable price, but not after excessive postage charges were added. However it was totally beyond this company to remedy a minor issue with the supplied fixings which were not long enough. Despite two calls and two follow-up emails to the helpline, all I got were broken promises.
Not good enough for a company with so many positive reviews.
