I dealt with Dr Anderson shes literally the best!! So understanding, professional,
smart, very helpful, besides the clinic team who usually answer phones or emails are so nice

From start to finish they were wonderful. I was able to get an appointment quickly (some waiting times for other services of this nature are truly horrendous considering the urgency of the patient's need) and they were really helpful, professional and friendly right through from the initial admin stages. They responded really quickly to any queries or questions I had. Regarding the appointment itself I felt as though I was talking with someone who had a real understanding and compassion for people in our situation. They were very professional, kind and thorough and really put me at ease. Altogether just an excellent experience (and one I was initially very nervous about so this was very much appreciated!).

I have worked with Dr Al- Juffali for a while now, starting with my diagnosis for Gender dysphoria and into a recommendation for top surgery. They have been wonderful. From start to finish I am made to feel verified and allowed to be myself. I was complimented about how much I had changed within my first year in hormones and everything about the journey had been celebrated and supported which as a newly coming out trans man in older life has been a much needed and an important experience.

I will continue to work with them throughout my journey with them and I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I'd been nervous about this appointment for a while, but these guys were amazing about everything. Communications before and after the appointment were clear and straightforward, as was the appointment itself.
Dr Khalid was friendly, polite and professional. While it was difficult to revisit some of the things I talked about, I never felt scrutinised or judged for my responses. She made a previously daunting aspect of my transition feel much more manageable and the clinic's services are definitely worth every penny.

I had a good experience with Dr Steeruwitz and her staff at the gender clinic. Highly recommend.

I saw Dr Hejda-Forde remotely and she was excellent. She put me at ease naturally and explained everything clearly and simply.

I saw dr sterowitz (spelling check) who was very kind and covered all bases of my transition. My mum gave her a bit of a hard time but she still stood her ground haha! Definitely definitely recommend. Got my diagnosis and report very speedily and efficiently

I have had an amazing experience with Dr Popeluks clinic. Very responsive and polite PAs and everyone made me feel very comfortable money wise as I was worried about transferring money over the phone. I had my appointment with Dr Khalid who was very professional and polite and provided a brilliant service. I was very happy and really impressed with the over all experience. I will be contacting this clinic again in future for further details and appointments if I require.
I would recommend this clinic to anyone. What an amazing service.

Very quick response to communication with very clear, friendly, helpful and polite advice.
I was interviewed for assessment within days via video link by DR. Anderson. I felt very anxious at this time but Dr. Anderson clearly was very understanding of the situation and put me at ease. At the end of interview, I was told would be about 10 days before I received copy of report. True to her word I received it just as stated and with the news I had hoped for.
