Amazing really helpful and give great advice
Was really helpful and answered all the questions I had and gave me lots of advice, help me choose the right shrimp for my sons tank, they arrived the next day of ordering than they have all settled in fine with no issues would highly recommend them.

The place for shrimp connoisseurs
I can proudly say I have several well established colonies of great shrimp thanks to the shrimp factory. A lot of these shrimp lines would be out of reach to us in the uk if it wasn’t for the shrimp factory, and you know they come from competition winning breeders too.
Every time I get 10/10 healthy hardy shrimp with well established genetics. No culls like you commonly get on eBay and the like
All my orders have arrived healthy and not a single DOA. Packaging is bombproof and shipping is always super quick - just what you want.
I really can’t rate shrimp factory high enough.

Great Quality and Experience
Great quality shrimp, and excellent customer service. I contacted James as a long time fish keeper, with an aspiration to start a caridina tank. James's helpful advice helped me choose a preferred starter shrimp, with James preparing a package of quality shrimp, food and delivery within the budget I set. An all round excellent experience! With the offer of ongoing advice if needed, I'm sure I'll order again in the future.

I initially got sent the wrong shrimp
I initially got sent the wrong shrimp. I was emailed by The Shrimp Factory UK telling me about the mix up and they quickily sent me the right ones and let me keep the additional shrimp. Very happy with the delivery,service and how they fixed the issue.
