THE WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE TAKEN DOWN IT'S A ABSOLUTE DISGRACE THEY MAKE MONEY BY STEALING CONTENT FROM REDBUBBLE SELLERS AND OTHER PRINT ON DEMAND T-SHIRT/PRODUCT SELLERS SCAMMERS. THEY DO NOTHING TO SELLERS LIKE THIS SELLER CALLED dessy11 ONE WHO LOVES STEALING CONTENT I HAVE TOLD THEM TO REMOVE CONTENT WITH MY NAME AND LOGO FROM THE SITE MANY TIMES BUT DO THEY LISTEN NO. Many faked sellers that advertise a product that they don't have just to lure you in to their site.
The order gets cancelled and no info from Tokopedia.

I've been using the app for years now. I'm happy that I could see Tokopedia is growing better and better, to the right direction. But, as the company getting bigger, need to put more attention to the logistic partner.

I had this fake delivery experience from one of the logistic partner a week ago. My package was never delivered. It was recorded I received the package in the middle of the night. No proof of delivery was uploaded on the system. Then a suspicious number contacted me asking for a photo of my garage. Then I asked Tokopedia Customer Service team for a help.

I'm so grateful the issue was resolved. Customer Service team was so helpful. I really appreciate the support. Thank you, Tokopedia.

Was really unimpressed with this platform. I was trying to place an order and pay with credit card. Impossible! kept getting rejected. Eventually tried their bank deposit option. Cancelled! they make it so damn hard to give them a sale. I eventually gave up. My wife will need to buy her stuff locally. Very un happy.

To all foreigner before complaining or criticizing. Tokopedia is meant to be used by locals, just like another Indonesian marketplace like Bukalapak and Blibli, and another Southeast Asian marketplace like Shopee and Lazada, so you will not find any English options. For "scamming" there are almost none existence in my experience of using Tokopedia in past 4 years, just make sure to record when you unbox your package and tokopedia's customer service would either refund your money or arrange replacement with the seller. And of course you will not find any customer service number as we're more advanced, you can literally chat with customer service, just tap that menu smh. Our apps (any Indonesian unicorns and government made) are just integrated so much, it's ease the locals but I find sometimes it will difficult for foreigners, so just learn Bahasa Indonesia, prepare your passport ID, and learn our mechanism, if you can't just stick to your Ebay or Amazon.

Avoid this site at all costs. Absolute thieving scumbags who support thieving scumbags. There is a far more reputable online cart in Indonesia which is Singapore based and far safer to shop on. After being ripped off 4 million rupiah I no longer shop on Tokothievia.

Tokopedia is a great marketplace if and only if you buy from a GOOD SELLER OR BUYING FROM COMPANY. Why did I say this? Cause there's a lot of seller that want to scam you if you not look carefully.
Now, let's go to the feature I like shall we? Ok, I'm gonna list it:
- It has Location Pinning, basically you don't need to write your location manually, just leave the system use Google Maps, and you're done. (I haven't see other marketplace using this feature yet, or maybe I haven't see other for a while... IDK)
- You can buy Gold, Antam to be specified
- Toko Member, like it's name, you became a member of a store, and you get more discount coupon. If you ask what kind of coupon they give, it's Cashback.
And that's all I can say, if the marketplace made or changing something, I will change this review too!

Tokopedia is not clear about deactivating the buyer's account at carelessly because it has reached the diamond level. Don't hold big events like WIB, if you don't have loyal customers as a goal, you just don't throw them away, Tokopedia will always looking for new users. Account is deactivated for no apparent reason, I have been loyal user for 5 years, it's better to move to shopee even though the application is worse but the CS and promos are still reasonable. Loyal users are given special rights such as bigger discounts than free shipping a lot with low minimal purchase as 10K IDR, when many transaction with free shipping detected then account is deactivated.I Will remove this review if Tokopedia give my account back and explain why my account deactivated

Please do not get sick in like we did everything n here is mostly fake …. This site is a copyright crime par excellence. They make money from other people's designs and don't pay for them. Designs stolen from shops and produce themselves as shirts, cases, etc. But that's not how the world works. Anyone ordering here is a criminal himself!

The worst customer service, ever. I have been staying abroad for 3 years and never used my app since then. Unfortunately, my ID phone number has been inactive and I need to change to a new number. The thing is, I cant access my tokopedia account because they send the OTP to my old-dead-number. So, I tried to change the number, did what they told me to, even took a picture of myself and my ID Card (KTP), and it was rejected. They said the data werent match. OK. So I reached them through Twitter, DMed them, they replied very slow, they tried to call me but I didnt answer cz I was bathing my daughter that time. The next day WE BOTH AGREED to talk through call at 10.00 AM (Jakarta Time). I waited for their call, I kept DM-ing them through Twitter, they didnt respond! For 5 freaking hours. And suddenly come to me and said they have a long queue thats why they were late to do the call????????? Was it make sense? NO. I didnt ask to be prioritize but WHEN YOU SAY WILL CALL AT 10, YOU DO IT AT 10. Hilarious. I ended up not having my number changed, problem still here, NOT HELPING AT ALL. For Gods sake. They are terribly BAD.

They've stolen a design of mine. I have only uploaded my design on Redbubble and it somehow ended on Tokopedia WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Spread the word.

IDIOT CUSTOMER SERVICE... VERY VERY BAD SERVICE FOR COMPLAINING PRODUCT

Tokopedia (as well as other similar platforms) has given Indonesians access to a whole new world of buying and selling opportunities. The transactions themselves usually work well, mainly driven by sellers wanting to collect good reviews. So far the good news... Bad news is that Tokopedia's customer service is terrible (useless bot-answers mostly), account verification sucks (totally relying on SMS which Telkomsel users can't receive) and there is no screening of product providers it seems (with at least half of all offerings being either re-sellers, inactive shops or duplications). While online shopping has immensely improved general quality of life in Indonesia, the platform providers have a lot to improve, Tokopedia in particular.

We bought a gaming chair with fancy lights built into it. Did not work properly. When we reported the fault we were told that in order for them to take any responsibility we would have had to record on video when we opened the package. After 4 days Tokopedia paid to the seller and then claimed we did not provide proof of the faulty item within the four days allowed for complaints. When shown proof that we had indeed complained, sent pictures and video within the four day window they still refused responsibility. I will not write about the lies and complete lack of help that followed from their "customer service" but decided not to buy anything from this company again. Horrible service, lying and cheating seems to be their business plan. Be warned.

I have been using Tokopedia for more than 8 months. I have buy natural medicines, toys, things for the house, etc. Until now.
My doctor recommend me to take Weianain capsules, chinse medicine. I look in Tokopedia and found the medicine. I bought in Herbalpedia that say they have in stock. wait for 2 weeks still on process. I contact the seller no answer, 2 more weeks I needed the medicine urgently because I was feeling worst. Seller didn't answer, I have to contact one more time, he say in 2 weeks. Still in process. Already a month. I check in another shop in Tokopedia, Sinar Cahaya Shop,this time I contact the seller to ask if he has in stock, he say you can order, I asked, you have on stock? He say you can order. I check and it say he hs 105 in stock so I buy. 2 weeks pass no answer still on process. Contact the seller he say in one week, 2 weeks later still on process. I want to cancel both orders because I bought the medicine in my hometown. They don't want to cancel the order. I contact Tokopedia they say they will check with the sellers. Then I receive a email saying that sellers (of course), they don't want to cancel so they cannot do anything. Clean their hands. Very bad service you cannot treat your customers in this way. Please don't trust Tkopedia and their sellers.

Tokopedia, make money from fake products being sold on their site. When pointing out they try and shift the blame to the seller. I provided the Australian Government website showing the items being sold by many of their customers but they do nothing and keep dealing with these thieves. They won't refund either.
