#44156 Ordered February 10th. It’s a simple item. Just a break away battery box. It’s now February 26th and I haven’t received any communication regarding this order. Email inquiring about my order went unanswered as well.

My initial experience was not good but your staff made the return easy and was good with follow up.

Absolute above and beyond service. I ordered a hardware kit that was shorted two pieces. I reached out after a couple emails they had replacements shipped. When I received the missing pieces it turned out to be the entire kit that I needed to insure that I had all of the proper hardware for the install. I would highly recommend using this company and I will absolutely be using them in the future when needed.

I was very pleased with the product and prompt shipping. Unfortunately it didn't fit and was advised how to return it. When I went to USPS to ship it back they wanted more money to ship it back than the product cost to begin with.

This is a well engineered and manufactured quality product. My son and I installed it in about 7 hours on a Saturday, and that included time to pull out all the stuff stored under the boat and haul the boat out of the garage and into the driveway. Everything worked as advertised, and the how to videos on line were really helpful. The boat trailer took up so much room in the garage, it made it difficult to get around it to tools, gear, and a fridge on the far wall. This Fulton swing hinge for the trailer tongue has made all the difference the usability of the garage. We should have done this years ago.

I installed this on a 16.5 foot bass tracker boat trailer in order to get it in my garage. It worked very well. I couldn't tell by the instruction which side was the pivot side. I just put it on the way I thought it should go after looking at the picture in the instruction, which could have been better. Perhaps it can pivot from either side depending on where you put the bolt. I would like to know that information. Otherwise install went well and I am suggesting this apparatus to anyone that may need it.

I ordered a Power kit for a Bulldog Trailer Jack for my Cam Tilt that was upgraded to a 12000lb jack. Received it from TowUniverse in very good time and condition. Unfortunately the jack on the trailer wasn't a Bulldog. Amazing how they can copy the leader of the pack :-). I called TowUniverse and they quoted a very good price on the Bulldog 12000lb Jack. It saved me from sending the Motor back although they were not going to charge me a restocking fee. Now I got what I needed.
