Installation on a 2020 Cadillac XT5.
The only problem was the triangle washer with the square hole that go inside the car frame were too wide, I had to grain than about 1/8'' to get them in, same with the head of the screws they did not fit through the hole, other than that it was a very nice and solid ease to installed tow bar. I'll give you an 8 out of 10

I never got my thing. obviously I'm not happy I didn't get what I bought. The website labeled it as in stock and of course a week after I buy it my order gets updated to back order even though it should be in stock. And the shipping said one to five days and it's been eight and I've got nothing. I did get my money back though.

Irvin at Tow Universe went the extra mile to help me receive a Reese Goosebox 20K unit when I was in transit to pick up our new 5th wheel. We attempted to have the hitch sent to the pickup destination, but could not get it there in time. He made arrangements for me to pick it up directly at one of his distributors on my travel to the pickup destination, saving me a shipping charge as well. Timing was perfect, we changed out the pin box and the Reese Goosebox is a beautiful piece of equipment. Easy operation, rides beautiful and smooth and best of all, when unhitched I have my full truck bed available.

Ordered Draw-Tite 24967, but got a Reese Towpower 77967. Luckily the Reese 77967 is a fit for my Prius V.
This review would have been a five star if somebody from towuniverse.com would have contacted me and asked me if a substitution was OK.

Ordered a Christmas gift. Tow Universe contacted me to see if I was happy with the purchase. I told them I was not going to install it until warmer weather, they understood that. I was going to install and after reading instructions realized I had Ordered something that would not work. Only the instructions had been taken out of the carton, item still in perfect condition. Tow Universe policy says no returns after 30 days. They will not take it back. It was my error but they have a market and could sell it, much more difficult for me. People are not coming to me looking for the part. Many companies have much longer return window than 30 days.
