It fit perfect. No problem installing. Minus proper bracket for lighting connections.

Ordering was easy and delivery quick for the hitch. Although it was a little beat up in shipping and I had to do a little touch up paint, the customer service team was a true pleasure to deal with. The wiring harness is on back order from the supplier but they have been very upfront with communication and updates.

I have not received any product it’s been like 3-4 weeks

I ordered a tow hitch from Tow Universe based on the website's estimated delivery time of 2 to 7 business days. This particular hitch was listed at a lower price by other sellers, but was listed as out of stock at those other websites. So I agreed to pay a slightly higher price because of the hitch's availability from Tow Universe.

After ten business days, I called Tow Universe during their published customer service hours to request an update on my order status. Their phone system said that nobody was available to answer my call, and directed me to leave a voicemail. After two business days without a response, I tried calling again and was again directed to leave a voicemail. This time, I advised the merchant that I would initiate a dispute with my credit card issuer if I did not hear back within two days.

After three more days, I had not heard back and so I disputed the charge with Chase Bank.

The next day, I located a U-Haul store that had the hitch in stock and purchased it there.

It is now more than a week since I left my first voicemail, and I have not received a call back. While I could understand a slight delay because of the holiday this week, there have been five business days since that first call.

I can not recommend doing business with Tow Universe.

The price was the best I could find. Ordering was easy and I called the company to ask a couple of questions, which were answered. Shipping was freight and it took a couple of weeks. I began to het concerned and called the company and could not get anyone to answer the phone. Stayed on hold for 35 minutes and hung up. Finally sent an email to check status of my order and received an answer about 2 days later telling me that they would sent shipping info when they received it. I guess the shipping company never notified them and about 2 weeks later, I got a call from Fed Ex telling me I had a package to be delivered the next day. All in all, I would order from this company again.

My bed liner arrived on time. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful 🙂

I got all my pots and I was missing some pieces contacted them they shipped them out to me the very next day I got them within a day and a half very happy with the product

Delivered quickly, easy to follow instructions, I installed the hitch in a reasonable amount of time and with minimal difficulty considering it was my one and only time for doing such a thing. I have decent mechanical skills and tools but I ordered a exhaust hanger removal tool which made a great difference in completing the install, in other word make sure you have all the tools suggested in tgg by e instructions though I am not sure why you need a 6” extension? But a deep 11/16” socket is crucial.
