Unsatisfied with the quality of a…
Unsatisfied with the quality of a product, the very first day I used it the plastic covering the wheels came off in pieces which tells me that the product was sitting in a warehouse for a very long time. Also, very poor customer service, phone calls are not answered, e mails not returned and there is no solution for the problem even though I purchased a faulty product.

No Stock of what's advertised.
I ordered a set of SwissWIN luggage in Rose Gold. Told me on backorder, nowhere to be found yet they advertise same on Catch, eBay and their supposed Yennora/Parramatta stores. I am getting a refund but who needs this when you're planning a holiday and spent over a week choosing special luggage that's not black ... So you stand out at the carousel.
Very disappointed about companies advertising products not carried in stock ie. Bait and Switch.
This company does not answer the phone either. Very strange.
Not sure if it's real Aluminium luggage either. Into the specs it says PC / Polycarbonate.
Not happy...

Extremely poor service
Very poor service. The product was out of stock but I only knew it after purchasing it. Until that time it showed the product was ready to deliver. Also, falsely promised that there would be complimentary bag as a result of delay.
The parcel was received after 3 weeks of purchase when I was promised to get it within 5 business day. The issue wasnt just about postage but the information provided online wasnt true.
