I have orders I’ve been waiting on for almost 5 months. I reached out to customer service and no answer on the update. They have thousands of dollars of my money and I have nothing to show for it.

I’ve been trying to return something that did not fit and was mislabeled for weeks, I’ve been ignored.

I’m still waiting on a backpack 🎒 I ordered two months ago

Everything is good but the shipping takes a minute.

Honestly even 1 star is too good for this “company”. I purchased an item from this scam company and was told it would take 2-3 weeks for shipping after 4 weeks I reached out to them about my order and I got an email saying that they would look into it right away except an entire 2 weeks went by and they never did so I emailed them again and no reply. I then proceed to contact them on Instagram and they never answered me until I start commenting that they were scammers on their posts that’s when someone reached out saying they would have a representative call me about my issue. A whole week goes by and no one calls. They have ignored all my messages and emails. This company should be taken down because they are scammers and don’t actually have the hype items they claim to have.

Professional service by TRILL Marketplace. It was packaged with care in double boxes. Anyone can decode to purchase here again & again.

It’s been 3 months and I still haven’t received what I ordered

Haven’t received my shoes I ordered mid July.

Ordered An Item 5 Months Ago. Still Hasnt Shown Up. Contacted Them Dozens Of Times On Several Occasions About This And Still Havent Gotten A Response.

I have ordered something on July 2, 2021 . It is now September 7,2021 I have not heard back from support after multiple emails . I have not heard anything about my order . They have taken my money and I would like my refund and to be compensated for this atrocious business

I paid for a pair of shoes from Trill Market two months ago. Still have yet to get any tracking information. I had to contact them on several occasions and was called and insured that I would get tracking soon. I still have nothing. Now they won’t respond to emails.

Never received my item or my refund. Terrible company and it should be boycotted.

Poor service. Took a month and a half to get product. Never using again

This company has horrible customer service. Unfortunately this is not my first time ordering from here. My first time I had ordered my birthday clothes and they came late. Actually one of the pieces was sold out and I had to find out when I received my shorts. I went through hell just to get another item. I decided to give trill market another chance but once again they disappointed me. I order two pairs of shoes about 2 months ago they were a week apart. They actually came from their friday drop. I was told it would take 2 weeks to receive my items but I have yet still received them. Anytime I email this company I don’t even receive a update back. I was told I could get my refund back but once again they never replied back to my email. ONE THING FASHO IS ILL NEVA BUY NUN DROM HERE EVER AGAIN !
